Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

We will be happy to help you have a most pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful backdrops in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city center of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

Located in the Châtillonnais, in the north of the Côte d 'Or, this typically Burgundy hamlet and surrounded by fields will seduce you with its calm. 3 hours from Paris by car and only 1 hour by TGV, between Montbard (TGV station 15 min) and Châtillon-sur-Seine, this old farm with a caretaker on site is equipped with a heated swimming pool, tennis, billiards and a bowling alley, and welcomes you for the month, the week or a long weekend.

As a couple, with friends, family or on the go, our cottage can accommodate up to 6 people. On one level, it has been fully renovated in the middle of a large fenced garden in a small Burgundian village near Champagne. The garden makes it easy for you to park at least three cars safely. Our cottage will change your scenery and offer you moments of calm and rest.
