Holiday rentals with a patio in Amsterdam-Centrum

the apartment was great and in great condition, extremely nice neighborhood but it is an uber/bolt or train ride away, now if you choose the ride app option be aware you will be spending about 30-70 euros each way for the 30-40 minute drive. i think the neighborhood was lovely, everything does close early in town (around 6-7) but if you can get into the shops or restaurants the area is great and friendly.

The tiny house is thoughtfully designed and has everything you’ll need during your stay in Haarlem. Bas was a communicative host and made sure that I felt right at home.

Cute and cozy spot with beautiful surroundings and accommodating hosts, conveniently close to the city without all the hustle & bustle. We especially loved renting a boat nearby at Bootverhuur Overleek and exploring the surrounding villages along picturesque canals. A lovely spot to stay.

The communication with Sanmarie and Tiaan was friendly and easy. The two were very helpful and quick to reach at all times. In advance, you should be aware of the parking situation, but unfortunately this is a general problem in Amsterdam. Also, I would like to point out the steep entrance staircase and the four-story staircase typical of the Netherlands. Since people with mobility restrictions would reach their limits here, otherwise this should not be a problem for anyone. Check-in was hassle-free and easy. We were warmly welcomed with a small attention and were immediately delighted with the lovingly furnished apartment. The entire apartment was very clean and we didn't miss anything. Since the two are still young in the Airbnb business and make their private apartment available here, I hope that the next guests will behave as respectfully and grateful as we do!

We recently had the opportunity to visit the wonderful city of Alkmaar and chose to stay at Nonney's apartment. We really enjoyed our stay there - it's a cozy and lovely place, the apartment is clean and spacious, with its own courtyard, which made our stay even more comfortable. We could enjoy breakfast or dinner outside when the weather was nice. The apartment is located not far from the city center and the bus station. It is equipped with everything you might need, including kitchenware, and even delicious coffee and tea. Nonney is a very kind and attentive host - she provided us with all the necessary information about interesting and useful places in Alkmaar and was always happy to respond to any of our requests. We definitely recommend this apartment for your stay.

AMAZING week long stay!! Home is beautiful and in great location to walk to everything we needed. 15 min walk from Amsterdam central train station, lots of canals, cafes, & bikes!! Anne Frank House close. Perfect spot to enjoy King’s Day!!! Home is just as described, clean, had everything we needed. Hosts were responsive and provided great recommendations!!

Had a fantastic stay at Lester's place. Apartment is in a wonderful location with so many great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. It was also easy to connect to public transport when we wanted to go further afield. Apartment was clean and was exactly as described. Lester was a great host. I would highly recommend a stay in this property!

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home! The amenities were more than very good (fresh fruit, baked rolls, drinks), the location was quiet and the landlady was very friendly and helpful. With their help, we were able to experience a few great excursions. Great tips and good places that are suitable for dogs. The fenced garden was also ideal for our dogs. They were able to stay there without being on a leash. There were also bowls, a blanket and dog bones for you The terrace with the well-equipped garden furniture also invited you to linger. You can walk to the great dunes, where the dogs can really romp. Simply great for people and animals. Thank you for the hospitality. We will definitely be back.

The airbnb is beautiful there is everything you will need and it is very accessible by transport. They're responding very quickly. One of the best trips of my life, a big thank you to Isa!

Despite the weather, we had a great time and definitely had a great time! The beds were lovely, the shower was fine and everything we needed was present – even for music. The fridge and freezer worked perfectly and the atmosphere was really very pleasant. One small downside: in the small room we miss bedside lamps, which would make it a little more complete. And of course, it's unfortunate that the weather wasn't right, because with sun it is probably completely enjoyable there on the water. There is not much to do in the area, but for us that was not a problem – it certainly did not spoil our fun. In short: we have enjoyed it!* Kind regards, the Keezen girls

This was a great rental for our extended family visiting from the United States. The house was spacious and comfortable for a big group, and Joris/Julia/Theresa were very responsive and also helpful to provide baby supplies (pack 'n play, crib, etc.) for our 1-year-old, too. We especially loved the location of this home in a peaceful neighborhood, across the street from a playground, easily walkable to downtown Haarlem (30 minutes), and also with easy access to a main road by car/bike. We had a rental car and never had an issue with street parking. Would highly recommend this home to other travelers!

It was also very peaceful — no noise at all, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. After a pleasant communication with Maartje, we were warmly welcomed by Ernest. The cottage is very lovingly and cozily furnished and has a nice little garden. If necessary, two bicycles are available. You feel right at home, everything you need is available. The location is within walking distance of the center of Muiden, where there are nice cafes and restaurants. From Amsterdam, you need 10 minutes by car to Weesp and then 18 minutes by train to the main station. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back at any time. Thank you Maartje for the nice time in your cottage :-)

I can honestly say that this was the BEST Airbnb I've ever stayed in! Perfect apartment: super clean, everything worked, plenty of amenities, comfortable bed, huge shower, cute balcony, just fab. Also a lovely area, very peaceful despite so many apartments around. Really helpful, responsive and friendly hosts - honestly, eveything about the stay was excellent. Els was very flexible about the arrival. She was extremely accommodating and very very attentive in the form of small amenities such as drinks and snacks. Even bikes were provided to us. We were positively surprised.

Suzanne’s loft is truly a home away from home and filled with all the comforts and amenities you could ever need! So refreshing while traveling. We stayed only three short nights and our only regret is not staying longer. The loft is in the perfect location just a block away from restaurants, bars, and shopping. The street is so picturesque and we woke up Saturday to a beautiful linen market! Thankyou for hosting us and for your amazing communications! 🧡🧡

We had an outstanding experience staying in Sem and Louise's home. They were everything you could hope for in a host and more—friendly, proactive, and helpful. Their flat is lovely. It is stylish, well-appointed, and exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked and easy to navigate. The living room is spacious and a delightful place to read or watch TV. Though we didn't use it, it's really nice to have a full-sized dining table. The bedroom and master bath are upstairs. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has both a shower and a large tub. There's an additional small bathroom downstairs. It was clean and cheerful, and we loved feeling like locals for a few days. The neighborhood is great and walkable to many cafes and restaurants. The hosts left a binder with restaurant recommendations, which is how we discovered Little Collins and the Scandinavian Embassy. All told, the experience was a 10/10. We loved the apartment and the hosts and will definitely return.

My family had a wonderful stay at Niels’ place. For starters, Niels saved us after another host cancelled our stay (citing nonspecific “maintenance” issues) less than 24h before we were due to check in. He then let us drop off our luggage while his place was being readied for us, which was very helpful since our plans had been upended. Throughout Niels was kind and very communicative. And the home itself was perfect. My family of five slept very comfortably and loved the location. Very grateful for our time there!

Roeland is a great host. His place is sparkling clean, well modern furnished. It has all amenities you need, not to mention the private parking in front of your door, so convenient! I will definitely book again. Highly recommended!

Great apartment and home away from home while visiting Amsterdam. The apartment had great amenenities and was SUPER clean. Toby was a great communicator and worked with us to allow us to keep our luggage in the apartment since we had an evening flight. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes away from downtown via metro but only 10-15 via bikes. There are some restaurants nearby and the metro is within easy walking distance. We were a family of 4 and the apartment was the ideal size for our family.

It was an overall very pleasant stay which i enjoyed a lot. Wilma and her family are warm-hearted and absolutely welcoming. The apartment is very nice and exactly as described.
