Je loopt in 5 minuten naar openbaar vervoer: trein of tram en je staat binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. De bus brengt je rechtstreeks in 20 minuten naar de Ziggo Dome, JC Arena en AFAS theater. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, een patio, eigen entree, een gratis privé parkeerplek. We don’t rent this appartment to friend groups as it is more suitable for families (double bed & bunk bed). It offers a great base for seeing Amsterdam (15 min. by bus/metro) and the rest of The Netherlands. Situated on a city park in a trendy residential neigborhood (former shipyard area Nieuwendam) it sleeps 4 + a baby in 2 bedrooms. All private no shared spaces.

In the old center of characteristic and unique Broek in Waterland in a barn rebuilt in 2017 behind the farm. Entire private home with access (self check-in). Split-level with private garden. Downstairs (24 m2) is the living room with sofa, mini kitchen, dining area and separate bathroom and toilet. On the loft is the bedroom with double bed, plenty of closet space, hanging and laying. Wi-Fi available. There are two bicycles (Veloretti) for rent, 10.00 per bicycle per day.

De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

The Practice

A wonderfully luxurious accommodation with all the comforts, in the beautiful rural village of Broek in Waterland. 20 minutes away from Amsterdam Center. It is a 5-minute walk to the bus that runs directly to Amsterdam Central Station. It is entirely private with all-round terrace and a nice garden with three places to sit. Fenced around and lockable with a nice gate. The house is not suitable for little children.
