Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Amsterdam-Zuid

The place was amazing. The staff at reception were always friendly and helped us with anything. It is located 5 minutes from Centraal with everything nearby or a short walk away. The apartment was spotless and kitchen was also equipped. I would stay here again!

Wir waren eine Woche zu dritt in zwei Schlafzimmern verteilt. Grosses Wohnzimmer, Wohnküche mit direktm Zugang zum Garten. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet. Es gibt div. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (5 Min. zu Fuss). Restaurants und Kaffees zur Genüge. Div. Tram- und Buslinien in der Nähe des Hauses, d.h. man ist schnell im Zentrum und den gewünschten Destinationen. Leiden z.B. ist in 30 Minuten erreichbar per ÖV. Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit in Marjons Haus genossen und wir können es sehr weiterempfehlen.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful—he even drove us to the train station in the end when he saw we were traveling with a child and it was raining. We really appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this place to others!

This is a fantastic and spacious air bnb in such a phenomenal area. This is probably the best place I have stayed at in years. At first I was upset that I wasnt in the canals but it is still walking distance and frankly being slightly distanced is perfect. The air bnb is clean, modern, spacious, everything you can ask for. Only slight complaint is the beds are a little odd but you can make due. If i come back I'd 100% like to stay in this exact same place.

Perfect accommodation in Amsterdam. Large, clean and easy access to the station. Sophie was a great host and responded quickly to any queries. I would highly recommend.

Perfect place for business trip or traveling. Few minutes walk away from train station. Well equipped apartment. Quite and beautiful neighborhood. Would love to stay here again for next visit.

Wonderful stay here, clean , well appointed peaceful apartment. Great transport links , via metro, tram and bus. Supermarket less than 2 mins walk away (which had a good range of gluten and dairy free products) restaurants, bakery’s and a pharmacy moments away. The staff at check in and housekeeping were lovely, and went to the trouble to leave a birthday card for my son, and some cookies. The apartment was as seen on the photographs, better even, lovely decor spacious rooms and 2 lovely bathrooms. Would stay here again and again and recommend to all.

Wir waren eine 6er Gruppe mit Hund und super zufrieden mit dem gesamten Aufenthalt. Die Begrüßung war total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ganz zentral, die Autos konnten gut fußläufig geparkt werden und Bergen ist auf jeden Fall eine Wochenendtrip wert. ☺️

Katies Wohnung war sehr groß und äußerst komfortabel. Definitiv Platz für 4 Personen, obwohl wir nur zu zweit waren. Sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit offnener Küche und genug Platz. Die beiden Schlafzimmer waren auch optimal mit sämtlicher Austattung die man braucht. Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett und Schränke mit genug Kleiderbügeln waren vorhanden. Die Lage war optimal zentral gelegen, so dass man auch viele Aktivitäten einfach zu Fuß erledigen konnte. Selbst nach Scheveningen konnte man (wenn man gut zu Fuß ist - ca 4,6km) laufen. Zum Thema Lärm, ja es war ein bisschen etwas von den umliegenden Gastronomiebereichen zu hören, aber es war nie störend und eigentlich war immer ab 22 Uhr nichts mehr zu hören. Ein Highlight war auch die Dachtereasse mit viel Platz, Stühlen und einem Tisch. Gute Aussicht und doch blickdicht von der Straße. Die Kommunikation mit Katie lief schnell und problemlos. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir würden defintiv wieder mieten.

Decent location, 10-15mins walk to the ferry (free and with regular service) which takes us to Central station. Great cafe just across the street. Other than that, very quiet place and nearest Albert Heijn supermarket is near to reg ferry point.

Very nice apartment, super cool and Amsterdam feels. The host Jesse helped me out a lot on some details I had in mind with our trip. It was the ADE weekend and he helped me with booking good restaurants. Nice local recommendations. Whenever we had a problem with the apartment he came over to fix it and help us with answers 24/7. All in all it was the best weekend I had spent in Amsterdam and our host Jesse had a touch in it! Thank you for everything! I hope to come back...

Magnifique petite ville, logement en bord de canal ou l’on peut s’y rendre en petit bateau. Très paisible nous avons eu la chance d’avoir du beau temps les terrasses étaient magnifiques. Logement propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons un peu galéré à ouvrir la porte avec le système de badge mais une fois la technique en main tout allait bien. Seuls petits bémols, le sol se salit très vite avec les graviers dehors et l’appartement est un petit peu mal isolé, nous entendions les voisins rentrer pendant la nuit ce qui nous réveillait mais nous y reviendrons !

Prima plek op hele goede locatie!! Indeling is wel beetje apart, we waren met vier vrienden en daarvoor is het helemaal oké!!! Communicatie met Bekir verliep top. Ook geweldig dat er een gratis parkeerplek bij zit!!

We enjoyed a long weekend in Amsterdam staying at Fleur's lovely apartment. The property is very stylish but also practical and has the added bonus of a lovely courtyard garden which was a great place to relax after a long day exploring Amsterdam. Despite it being Kings Day the location of the apartment meant that we were able to get away from the crowds - there are lovely restaurants on the doorstep as well as a range of independent shops and supermarkets for more practical purchases. Fleur was an excellent host; check-in and departure were super easy - she also left some handy recommendations for us too. Highly recommend this apartment and the great neighbourhood which is a great home from home in Amsterdam.

It was close to everywhere, perfect place for a month and a half stay. It felt like home as well. Such a lovely place that I would definitely recommend for those who visit the Hague for a while.
