This building originally housed a hotel, built in 1918, and has been painstakingly remodeled to house modern apartments. 301 has all the essentials (and extras) you’d expect in an Airbnb. The building is secure, with 24 hour camera system and keyed entry. The most remarkable feature of 301 is the nearly panoramic view. Guests can enjoy bird’s eye views of uptown Butte, Montana Tech, surrounding mountains, and historical sites.

Cottonwood Creek Getaway

Historic 2 Bedroom home is within walking distance to Museums, Historic Montana State Prison Ghost Tours, Mount Powell Taphouse, Grant Kohrs Ranch, Grocery Shopping and Downtown. It is an easy drive to Philipsburg and Butte. This is also a great stopping point between Yellowstone National Park and Glacier National Park. Not to mention the numerous outdoor activities nearby. Cottonwood Creek runs next door and a park across the street with views of Pikes Peak West out the front door.

We have changed our listing to month or longer stays and encourage people to advantage of the good rates this allows. Father Sheehan Park is close for creek side “socially distant” walks. Other changes: living room sofa no longer a bed, 2 twin beds in loft, Solo fire pit, removed play set. Open plan, no door on bedroom. Located in a quiet neighborhood yet within a half-mile of shopping, and one block away from a park and trails along Blacktail Creek. Looking forward to your stay!

Tucked in the Pintler Wilderness above the delightful town of Phillipsburg, this little 2 bedroom cabin is so cozy and inviting even Orion would put down his bow and stay while. Relax, refresh, get outdoors. Enjoy breathtaking views of the back side of Discovery Ski Area, wade into a number of world class fly fishing streams nearby or grab your mountain bike and head for one of the best mountain bike parks in the west - just 2 minutes away!

Mining History Echoes

My wife Melody and I bought this 100-yr- old miner's four-square in 2017 and refurbished it to the bright interior shown in the pictures. A new boiler and cast-iron radiators keep it cozy in winter. Off-street parking includes an outlet to plug in your car in sub-zero weather. Uptown Butte's historic attractions are in walking distance; however, Butte's elevation could limit those with respiratory or mobility issues.

This is an 1891 historic home in Walkerville, just above uptown Butte. Beautiful views, quiet and safe neighborhood. Near walking trails and the Granite Mountain Memorial. A three minute drive to uptown Butte. Three glassed in porches, vintage appliances, updated bathroom. Microwave and toaster oven, fully stocked kitchen for cooking. A lovely light and airy home.
