The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the comfortable bed — perfect after long days exploring the city. Wi-Fi was fast, and everything I needed was provided. we have stayed at many Airbnbs, and hands down Micky the host has been the best host of them all! He was super easy to communicate with and really just wanted us to have the best time at his place. the location of this condo could not be more perfect for any event at the convention center! Everything is walkable plus your car is safe in the garage. The condo itself has an amazing view with wonderful ocean breezes. it felt very open being a corner condo. Everything was clean and plenty of stuff in the kitchen to make dinner. We would love to stay here again.

Second time staying here and I loved it just as much as the first. Apartment is spacious and modern and has an absolutely amazing view, and great list of amenities. Elite hosting made some brilliant additions to the apartment since my last stay as well. Elite Hosting were communicative throughout the trip and happy to iron out any issues we had. We stayed at Jay's place for a week. We were visiting our son and daughter-in-law who just had a baby and the apartment was 1 mile from where they live. I would say the location is exceptional to restaurants, markets and overall shopping. The beach was a 20 minute drive. The apartment was clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the essential necessities. Jay was quick to respond whenever we had a question. The living room was cozy and comfortable. I had an absolutely perfect stay at this Airbnb! The studio-style apartment was ideal for a solo traveler—clean, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed. Every amenity was thoughtfully included and in great condition, from the basics in the kitchen to the comfortable bed and modern bathroom. One of the best parts was having access to the gym and pool just a few doors down—such a convenient and relaxing bonus. Fred and Luna are incredible hosts—responsive, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure guests have the best experience possible. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. I truly felt cared for throughout my stay. We had a great stay at Max and Sasha’s place. From providing very detailed check-in instructions and meeting us very promptly to hand off the keys to the wonderful way they setup the apartment, they are wonderful hosts. We loved the pool area. And the building is in a great location that gave us easy access to the areas we wanted to visit. We would definitely stay there again when we are back in LA.

Amazing place with an amazing host! Check in and check out was a breeze. The place itself is super comfortable and located in a perfect spot. Had everything we needed and a fantastic view. It was walking distance to the waterline, our convention, and plenty of restaurants and places to things. Will definitely be booking for next convention!

The Paris room was very quiet and cozy, surrounded by plants. The interior and paintings were lovely. I highly recommend this room.

Love this place. Dealing with Arturo and Abel is very easy, they are extremely communicative and are always really friendly. We stayed here a year ago and just based on our experience, decided to stay here again and weren't disappointed, as expected. It's in a great area, with lots of great food options in walking distance and just a fantastic view out of the balcony. Place is very clean, Arturo and Abel are very quick to respond with any questions and yeah, not sure what else there is to say... stay here!

We were impressed and enjoyed our stay in this Anaheim house to visit Disneyland and nearby beaches. Our entire trip here was fantastic. The location is perfect! Within walking distance to Disneyland parks and the apartment is quiet, secluded. Several beach locations are closeby, most less than a 30 minute drive away. Our 4 & 6 year olds were very excited about Disney themed decor. We loved the comfortable beds, couch, and entertainment. There were many books and princess dresses in the kid room, which were my kids’ favorite part of the rental. TVs and arcade game were perfect on days where we needed downtime. Pools, jacuzzi, and park are close to the apartment. Our family had a great time playing and relaxing there. It is a huge bonus to have them included in rental price. We were grateful to have a quiet/dark place with crib for our baby. Amenities were wonderful. Everything was in working condition. I would recommend this rental to anyone! We’ll be staying here again.

Michael was a very nice host. Great communication, very helpful. He greeted us and took us in. Explained everything. Reserved this place for my 3 family members. Overall a good place. Couple of issues they mentioned: Couch for 3rd person to sleep on was ok. Michael did offer a mattress if couch wasn't very comfortable. The bedroom was comfortable. One toilet and one shower. 2 sinks for brushing teeth. Toilet is a jack and jill style as is the shower. Kitchen was perfect! Very clean. Large fridge. Nice office type small desk. Excellent views of trees from back windows. Shower has been repaired with what looks like special tape on the bottom a bit. Garage was comfortable and clean. Nice easy access washer and dryer. There is an open staircase that's quite steep ( going downwards)if a person were to take a wrong step could fall downstairs. I wish there would be a gate to be more safe for guests walking past the staircase. Overall a very nice place. Michael is a great host!

Was visiting from east coast to help my daughter move her things out of USC apt to storage for summer. The apartment was spacious, clean, well designed and had everything I needed and was about a 10-15 minute drive to USC. The building has a small gym and a pool and spa on the roof. It’s in the theater/fashion district of DTLA. The security at the front desk was so helpful. Parking is difficult in DTLA. I parked in an indoor public parking on 9th street bet S. Broadway and Spring/Main which was $15 for every 12 hours and exits through the building across the street. The host was very responsive to my many questions. The building has good security which is necessary in DTLA.

Bobby’s place was absolutely AMAZING. The host was was excellent.. gave us privacy and didn’t have too many ridiculous rules.. easy check in and even easier check out.. highly recommended 10/10.. Thanks Bobby

The space was true to description; the amenities were nice to have as an option even though during our stay we didn’t have time to use. Plenty of room for our party of 5 for both living space and sleeping. Could use some brightening -somewhat dark in living area but lamps provide lighting at night. Bedroom lighting only via lamps and a few didn’t work. Had everything we needed in kitchen except a vegetable peeler and kitchen towels(paper towels were provided). Garbage lid in kitchen didn’t work. Screen door on entrance is broken but easy lock system. Good water pressure in showers but not so for toilets. I thought the pricing was high as could have gotten cheaper in that area on the beach but wouldn’t have had those amenities so it’s a trade off. Also no seating for the back porch so that’s wasted space. Close to neighbors so can hear talking at times with windows open. Fans and unit air helped for the warm days but otherwise window breeze just fine. Great communication!/stay!

What a wonderful place to stay. It was clean, and so many little touches that made the stay more special as we discovered different details. The view is amazing and seeing the Disney fire works made for a great surprise when they suddenly appeared in the distance. The house is very comfortable and I commend the host. A three minute drive up the hill and you have a great hiking trail. We saw deer and other wild life. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a 1920s home in the beautiful area of Hollywood Hills. You must remember and respect that the home is located on a hill, thus driving the streets is not for everyone. Narrow streets. I had an suv and did well but for nervous drivers, not for you. There are stairs and plenty of them leading up to the home. If you have elderly people with trouble walking, not for you. These are just facts. The home is wonderful. Lots of space for a mature family and friends. Not ideal for little kids in my opinion. The home and furniture are older and kids will inevitably break something. Everything one needs for a family meal is at your disposal. The host is superb. Communication skills excellent. I would recommend this home with the understanding that it is a comfortable establishment for a nice stay in the Los Angeles area for a mature family.

We had an amazing stay at this Huntington Beach Airbnb! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, great coffee shops, restaurants, and local bars. The house was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. You can truly feel the laid-back beach lifestyle here. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the best of Huntington Beach!

Lovely 1920s home, hosts were very friendly and responsive. We didn’t use the pool but it was attractive. Likewise, we didn’t cook but the kitchen was well-stocked. Great location, close to the village and 5 min from the colleges.

We rent in Newport Beach a couple times a year and other than beachfront, this is one of the best locations! Close to the pier, shopping, beach and Balboa. Darren was easy to work with and the unit was well equipped with everything we needed. The parking spot is a bit narrow for larger vehicles but we easily found parking in the street next to the apartment. TV’s in every room and even had a/c. Thanks Darren!
