What a stay. Quick family nature escape. The Kayri trees at Erin’s, the waterfall, the beach, all spectacular. House was immaculate; not a spec of dust or sand. Incredibly spacious and gorgeously designed. All perfect. And so peaceful. We will be back.

Another Perfect Stay – Highly Recommend! This was my second time staying at this Airbnb, and it was just as amazing as the first. What an exquisite and inspiring view of Bethells Beach! The view from the deck was amazing. The cottage was very quiet and peaceful. John was an excellent host. We enjoyed walking the beach and hiking to Lake Waimanu past the huge dunes.

This place is all about the view. Perched on a hillside, the view of lion's rock at sunset is incredible. The beach is beautiful, and not super busy; the water is warm and the sand is like lava. you will have to drive into the auckland area for most food, and all groceries, incl. liqour. The house had everything you need, and the kitchen appliances are some of the fanciest appliances i've used. the driveway is intimidating, and the place was easy to miss, but otherwise a great time. Jane was super accommodating with letting us check out late, and she was very responsive.
