New apartment, very lightful, big living room with kitchen and 2 separated bedrooms. The apartment is the ground floor of a typical french cabin. It is located in a very peaceful block only 400 m from the center of the village of Ancelle and a very easy access to all of the ski slopes. Easy access to the backyard, lovely in summer especially for kids but also for quality time around a BBQ at your disposition. During winter the back will become a real snowball battle field for kids or not 😉

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

Gîtes Les 3 Marmots "Le Petit Renard" 2/3 hosts

Le Petit Renard is a gîte for 2 or 3 people. It is classified 3 ears gîte de France and ecogîte. It’s the coziest of our lodgings. It is approximately 35 m². A living room with kitchen area and lounge of 15 m² An 11 m² bedroom with a double bed of 160 (2 times 80) and a single bed. A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. To access the cottage, you climb stairs. you can enjoy a small sunny terrace. A sauna is available for all 3 gîtes

The accommodation is part of our main residence but is separated by a loggia, which makes it autonomous. It is located at an altitude of 1050 m and is located in a very quiet hamlet, close to Lake Serre Ponçon (10 min) and ski resorts including those of Réallon (20 min), Ancelle, Les Orres. Great choice of hiking and bike tours, various water sports, swimming at Lake Serre-Ponçon and high-altitude lakes.
