When designing and decorating the accommodation, it was configured as a large suite where guests can enjoy maximum comfort and detail, feel at home with the independence that this entails and with all the amenities that a house offers. The ultimate goal is for guests to have an unforgettable memory of their stay. All the decoration has been carefully studied to make it a truly privileged place, where I have included part of my travels, as paintings brought from Bali, tapestries and fabrics from Cambodia have been hung, and all this mixed with furniture and objects that I have been acquiring for years from different places and sites, giving rise to a very special mix, in a unique atmosphere and that gives an exclusive magnetism to the place. Specifically, it is an apartment, located in the town of Marbella, in the exclusive area called Golden Mile, close to accommodations as exclusive as the Puente Romano Hotel and the Marbella Club Hotel. The one-bedroom apartment has room for four people, a master bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It is designed for a couple or a couple with one or two children who want to enjoy a quiet stay in a residential and exclusive area, close to all the areas of interest in the town of Marbella. It has a 44 square meter terrace overlooking Marbella's iconic and emblematic mountain "La Concha". El apartamento dispone de dos habitaciones con vistas al mar. Una de ellas está completamente acristalada creando así un espacio amplio y luminoso. Tanto las cristaleras del salón como las de las dos habitaciones disponen de estores opacos automáticos para así crear privacidad entre una zona y otra a la hora de dormir. Las dos camas de las habitaciones son de 150x190 con buenos colchones firmes y espuma viscolástica. Cada cama dispone de dos almohadas viscolásticas y dos normales. El apartamento cuenta con dos baños completos, uno de ellos en suite. Las duchas son a ras de suelo y el agua cae desde el techo a modo de lluvia. Los lavabos son de piedra natural. Hay una zona de pufs ideal para relajarte viendo la Smart TV con Netflix. Podrás ver todos los canales de televisión de tu país. También puedes sacar la TV de la pared y girarla para verla desde el sofá. El sofá de lino natural blanco se convierte en una gran cama con medidas de 160x200. La wifi es de alta velocidad. La climatización es por Airzone pudiendo controlar así la temperatura ideal en cada zona del apartamento. La cocina de diseño está equipada con electrodomésticos de alta gama y puedes cocinar cualquier plato en ella. Dispone de horno, microondas, nevera, congelador, lavavajillas, placa de inducción, lavadora/secadora, tostadora, cafetera Nespresso, hervidor de agua, batidora, exprimidor, etc. Ideal para familias, parejas y viajeros que buscan disfrutar de la playa, la gastronomía y el estilo de vida mediterráneo. Excelente ubicación en una de las zonas más populares de Torremolinos, conocida por su ambiente internacional, diverso e inclusivo. No se admiten fiestas.
