Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Anderson County

Was a beautiful home, and we would happily stay again. We arrived right after storms had passed through and had no power for for first few hours. Hosts were very accommodating in making sure house still got cleaned and ready even without power. They offered to refund our first night if wanted to delay coming, and were keeping me posted almost hourly of updates. Was no fault of theirs, just Mother Nature. Loved the kayaks and all the board and card games. The deck and views are worth the whole place. Even provided s’mores supplies to make. Also the beds were extremely comfortable! Could not have asked for a better get away. Would love to return!

My partner and I had the most wonderful time celebrating our 6 year anniversary at your Airbnb. The peaceful lake view was absolutely breathtaking, and we couldn’t get enough of paddling around in the two-person kayak whenever we had the chance. Evenings spent unwinding in the hot tub were pure bliss—so relaxing and serene. Your home was exactly the perfect retreat we were dreaming of, and we left feeling refreshed and grateful. We can’t wait to come back and make more memories here!

The home is very cozy and has a great view of the water even during the summer months.0 We LOVED having the grill. We made the best ribs on it one night. AWESOME!

Our family was fortunate enough to stay at Marissa’s lovely Lake Escape to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Clemson. It was a beautiful way to enjoy being together. We loved Marissa’s beautiful lake house. It reminded us of our family cabin in upstate New York. Thank you very much Marissa for opening up your lovely home to the Giebelhaus House.💜🧡💜🧡

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kait's. The house is spacious and the outdoor deck seating area was a nice bonus. Kait is a great communicator and gives clear instructions from self check in to checkout. We would definitely stay at her home again. -Sandy and Jim Wachholz

My son and I had a great stay at Jami’s place! The house is in great condition and located in a very quiet neighborhood! The Greenville St. market was really nice and walking distance from the house. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Wonderful home with everything we needed, a great backyard we wished we'd had time to use, close to stores and the wedding activities we were in town to enjoy. The house is in a safe, lovely little neighborhood a short drive from Clemson and lakeside towns. Mara was accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend the nearby Oasis mini-golf! Super positive experience all around.

This location was perfect. The street and yard are quiet but you are very close to the Main Street that gets you to everything quickly. We had some events in Clemson for the weekend and this location was very convenient. Ingles grocery store was very close and convenient as well.

I’m late leaving this review but we had a wonderful stay. The place looks brand new, sparkling clean, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Craig and Janet couldn’t have been more friendly. We ran into Craig a few times around the property and had a really great time talking to him. We brought the boat and spent most of our days on the water. From a boating perspective, the dock is at the back of a quiet deep water cove. No worries whatsoever about water level or any kind of wake roughness, and it’s right around the corner from 18 mile creek access so drop in and take out is a breeze. It was a perfect place to retreat back to after a long day on the water. We can’t wait to come back and stay with Janet and Craig again!

We had an absolute delight staying at Cindy's place! Located in a peaceful neighborhood, and close to all the essential amenities. The property itself is immaculate, beautifully maintained, and furnished with brand-new everything. The beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Our kids had a blast playing at the community's playground and taking leisurely strolls around the neighborhood, admiring the charming homes. This was our first experience staying in a tiny community like this, and we're so glad we discovered Cindy's gem. It's now our go-to 'second home' whenever we're in the Piedmont/Greenville, SC area. A huge thank you to Cindy and her co-hosts for providing our family with a comfortable and relaxing stay. We appreciate your hospitality!

David’s place is comfortable, spotless, and beautifully decorated. He is truly customer-focused; wanting to ensure that his guests have everything that they need during their visit. He even left an alternate contact should he not be immediately available. I appreciated his attention to detail.

Our family LOVED staying at Deborah's Apartment in Anderson. Our boys had a GREAT time fishing. The community was very peaceful and everyone we met was very welcoming. The apartment was clean, adorable and had everything we needed for our stay in Anderson. The view was also AMAZING! We would definitely visit again.

This was a perfect place to stay for my nephew’s graduation from Clemson. The place was nice, clean and was a perfect distance to school. It was also walkable to the all the shops and restaurants around Clemson. Thank you for a great stay!!

We booked Benjamin’s place for my son’s graduation from Clemson. The four beds and two baths worked well for our group. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was clean and stocked with kcup coffee. Note: there are 44 steps up to the apartment and we picked up air fresheners because the place had an odd smell. If you’re taking an Uber, you have to walk out to the apartment complex next door for pickups.

Comfortable stay, great location for sports event at Clemson. Jessica is a responsive, accommodating host.

Fran’s place was the perfect place for the family to stay for my son’s graduation. Very close to campus but away from the crowds. Fran’s place was clean and comfortable. The sheets and towels felt high end. I would recommend this place 100% and hope to be back! Fran was very proactive and made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth check in and check out.

I’ve stayed at Nicole’s condo/apartment previously, and I was happy it was available! Excellent location, plenty of room, and quiet complex. The complex and units are older, but they are well maintained. Perfect location for all things Clemson! Looking forward to staying again!
