Felicia’s place was extremely beautiful and lovely to stay at! It had a super convenient location that allows you to get to UTK’s campus and several nice restaurants and stores within minutes. I had a couple hiccups during my stay but Felicia was always very responsive and did everything in her power to make sure the issues were fixed appropriately and timely which was extremely appreciated. She is a fantastic host and I would highly recommend her home to anyone that is planning on a trip to Knoxville!

Overall our stay was great! the house is definitely accommodating for larger groups at that price point. Wesley was very respectful and responsive and made you aware if he wasn't available to speak at the moment. He reached out as soon as he was able. The house is nice and within a few minutes of about anything you would need.

Anna's place was perfect for us. The location, very close to UTK, was exactly what we wanted. We did a lot of walking. Anna stocked her place with everything we needed and more. We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and private. We were in for a wedding and it had everything we needed. William even went out and got us a hair dryer and iron. It was a great location for us as we wanted access to Clinton, Knoxville and Norris Damn State Park. We would absolutely stay here again if we were in the area!

Beautiful house newly renovated sit behind the main house very quiet you have your own personal space. Parking at the front door all the furniture is new is newly renovated. The kitchen was amazing. It had everything I needed. The media room was a lot of fun to watch movies at night. I was sad I had to leave. I could not extend my stay because she had other bookings, but I will definitely look them up again when I’m in town.

We stayed here during our wedding week since we are from out of state and had an excellent stay. Our dog loved the backyard and the home was clean and perfect for our needs. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Our family of 7 adults, 1 toddler, and 2 dogs had a terrific time during our 2-night stay here. The host was very responsive and easy to work with, the instructions and expectations were clear and reasonable, and the house was immaculate and just as pictured. The home was easy to find and looked like the photos. Mary had the home well organized and equipped. The place was neat and clean. It had all the comforts of home plus more. Mary was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. The home was close to numerous stores and restaurants. We would not hesitate to return to this location, or have an issue to recommend it to family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay at Denton and John's home. We used it for family members in town for our daughter's wedding, and it was perfect for relaxing and gathering together. There were so many areas to sit and have a great conversation. The home was well decorated and super comfortable. We will use this home again when family members come to Knoxville.

Gordon was very easy to communicate with. Such a nice guy! Definitely going to take advantage of their other Airbnbs in the future. The house was comfy, and neighbors were nice. Definitely recommend.

We absolutely loved this place and have stayed a couple times. Its always clean and welcoming the host is very friendly and the area is just beautiful!!

Christian was a great host and the location was perfect for us. My mother was having surgery, so we needed a place closer to the hospital to rest at during her surgery and for her first couple days of recovery. The location is less than a mile from Parkwest Hospital, so I was able to bring my service dog and my dad (who has dementia) back to rest while she was in surgery. There's plenty of room, he has every appliance you'd ever need in the kitchen, Cedar Bluff has tons of restaurants that deliver there, the beds were super comfy and the furniture was great. All-in-all one of my favorite AirBnBs we've stayed at.

My family had a fantastic stay! Kathy was responsive, accommodating, and incredibly helpful. The apartment was exactly what was describe, easy to get in and out of and made for a lovely week!

Neighborhood was overall quiet and peaceful. Place was clean and exactly as the photos. Great weekend stay. Chris was very clear with intructions and friendly. Would stay here again.

This was my first time renting "a room" and it went very well. Shauntae is easy to get along with and does well at just giving you your own space. Her dogs are well behaved and never really had an issue. They got along great with my pup. It's very easy to get in and out and the neighborhood it is very quiet. There is a wonderful park within minutes from her house that is great for walks. Things I would recommend if staying a little longer. If you plan to cook, you may want to bring a larger pan and pot or small appliances. There is nothing wrong with what she has but they are on the smaller size for cooking. The bed is very soft, so if you like that you will love the bed. I am firm bed guy, so it did make my back sore. Again, this is a preference thing and has no relevance to the rating. Altogether a great place to stay and I would definitely stay there again! Thank you!!!!

Kathy is a great host, The place is clean and spotless. Perfect for a short or long trip. Had no problems and if an issue did arise Kathy was on it and ready to help with a solution. As long as you respect her and the place, your trip will be amazing.

Home was in great condition and in a great area with plenty of things around. We stayed one night for a local event and it was 5 minutes from the arena we attended and was super easy to get to even in the terrible traffic afterwards.
