Holiday rentals with beach access in Andes

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement ! Le logement est très moderne, impeccablement propre et offre une vue sur la mer vraiment agréable. Le quartier est super, sécurisé et animé, avec de nombreux restaurants de qualité à proximité où nous avons particulièrement apprécié dîner. Raabi's airbnb was exactly what we were looking for. It was peaceful and relaxing. You will need a car to get here as it is far from the airport. We enjoyed being able to swim right outside our room. We liked that there is a restaurant right next door. The a/c worked great and kept us comfortable.

This is a great apartment in Puerto Ayora. The location is perfect with easy walking access to shops, restaurants and attractions yet it’s very quiet and peaceful. We highly recommend it and we would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying at this apartment with a stunning view. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe, easy to walk around. Vladimir was very responsive to every question. This was a great experience with great views and the sound of the ocean!

Beautiful place and great host!

We had an amazing stay at Vergilio’s place! The home was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. Check-in was smooth, and Vergilio even met us at the front and took our bags upstairs. He provided clear instructions and was super responsive to any questions. The neighborhood was close to everything we needed—great restaurants, public transport, and beaches. Thanks again Vergilio for helping with the birthday surprise! One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had—highly recommend to anyone visiting Rio! Would definitely book again.

Before booking this place I took the time to read previous reviews and be careful as I was traveling with my mother, grandma and son. The moment we arrived, it felt like home. Every detail looks like the pictures. The tall ceilings and spacious areas were great for my 2 year old. The master bedroom was located on a different floor which was beautiful and more than enough closet space. I did have an issue with the wi-fi but Bruno & Lindis were responsive and Bruno fixed it within minutes. There’s a cleaning lady available at your request. She didn’t enter the apartment until we were on the premises, she was very helpful, nice, inspired trust & comfort. The doorman was very helpful as well. Since this is a “downtown” area, there was constant police presence and people walking around. We even saw police officers standing on a red light with a sign “honking is unnecessary” caring for the traffic noise. We felt comfortable and safe that booked this place again for our next trip.

Você acordar e já estar com o pé na areia, com o mar calmo a menos de 2m de distancia é uma delícia mesmo em dias chuvosos. A casa além de linda é super aconchegante, arejada e bem iluminada, Francisco e o pessoal que trabalha no condomínio foram muito prestativos e gentis, além de sempre responder rápido. Se você busca uns dias gostosos e tranquilos, super recomendo. Ps: fui com a minha cachorra e o espaço é incrível para quem tem pets. O jardim é bem espaçoso.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Punta Preciosa. The location is beautiful and private. The beach was virtually deserted most of the time. The swimming was fantastic and it was also nice to walk along the sandy beach early in the morning and watch the Scarlet Macaws and other birds. Pascal was an excellent host. He was very responsive to my inquiries and often responded within the hour. He has created a very helpful digital welcome book which you receive access to after booking. He helped arranged excellent tours for us, all of which I would recommend - kayak tour of the mangrove, boat And snorkelling tour of the Gulf, a night walk and a trip to Corcovado. The house is very nice and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. The gas stove and oven took some figuring out but worked well. There is no microwave or dishwasher. The main floor is open to the air so there were some insects at night but using the fan and insect repellent helped. We would love to go back again.

Luiz foi extremamente solícito e gentil, nos recebeu super bem, respondeu rápido, deu dicas incríveis e apresentou a casa. O ambiente é lindo, arejado, cheio de personalidade e história. A vista nem se fala, é um espetáculo a parte, beleza pra todo canto. Cama confortável, cozinha bem equipada e sala super confortável. Recomendo demais e com certeza voltarei em breve!

El alojamiento es espectacular, tiene unas vistas fabulosas, sobre todo al amanecer. La casa esta inmersa en la naturaleza, en un entorno tranquilo, donde se puede escuchar el mar al dormir. Al ser construida en madera, le da un cálido ambiente hogareño, sumado a la buena decoración que posee toda la vivienda. Por otro lado esta muy bien ubicada, próximo al centro comercial (5min en auto o 12 min a pie) que esta repleto de buena gastronomía. Tanto Ezquiel como Ana fueron super amables y nos recomendaron buenos lugares para ir a comer.

Foi minha segunda experiência e depois de um ano e oito meses, a casa está precisando de alguns cuidados - como a tela nas janelas para mosquitos e o chuveiro precisando de vedação. Mas apesar disso, estava tudo muito bom, a cozinha é bem completa, a localização é nossa preferida e a piscina é o melhor lugar para assistir ao por do sol. É nossa casa fora de casa!

Segunda vez que me hospedo, é uma experiência divina!

Natacha was great and amazing with us !! She communicated well with us and helped us arrange anything we wanted to do or looking for. If we needed information about anything she was always accommodating us. She did not come back with just one recommendation but several. Always checking in on how we were doing, and if everything was OK, or if we needed anything. La Casa Del Mango was very clean and well organized. The amenities, awesome, well stocked with everything you would need. This whole place is amazing. Oh !! did I mention the pool, amazing. Oh !! did I mention Martin (Natacha husband) super nice, also amazing, Oh !! did I mention the wildlife, amazing. I can keep on going, and going, about La Casa Del Mango in a positive direction but I will end this review with saying that La casa definitely deserves 5 stars out of 5. Nope !!!! no negatives from our family vacation, would recommend to anyone.

Já estava preparada pra conhecer o paraíso. Mas o que encontramos quando chegamos foi algo além do que poderíamos imaginar. É impactante estar diante da beleza natural que existe nesse lugar, um pedaço do paraíso, tinha dias que parecia que estava sonhando! Lugar encantador! decoração com toque da família que ali habita MUITO LINDA! acendíamos um incenso de manhã pra Iemanjá e passávamos nosso cafezinho com a vista mais deslumbrante que já me deparei! Caseiros são um amor! Você se sente amparado.. primeira de MUITAS visitas! Vale cada centavo! Pode ir com fé que é uma experiência única! Fácil de chegar tb! Orientações muito boas.. incrível! I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a great location - it is literally across the street from the beach! Camille was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay, even sending my friend and I several recommendations for activities to do in Rio. The location of the apartment is great, with great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also just a quick Uber ride away from big attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again if I came back to Rio.

Amazing flat with one of the best views of Ipanema! it looks just like the pictures if not better. super close to the beach and the location in general is great with loads of botecos, stores, etc. Julie as a host was amazing, always super responsive and gave us loads of tips. Will definitely try staying here the next time I'm in Rio!
