The house was as described in the ad, communication with Luis the owner was good, he was very kind, the accommodation is 5 minutes from the street with the town's bars and restaurants and 5 minutes from the beach, the location was perfect.

We felt right at home here, loved the apartment and roof terrace. Easy walk into town, close to markets. Thank you for a great stay (and for providing a new corkscrew when required!).

We had a nice stay. Exceptionally good reception by Susanna and very helpful with good tips for the area, among other things. That also applies to Carlos, very attentive and helpful. We have not seen any lice. The stay met expectations and the tranquility, the view, the garden and the pool were really great. We felt very comfortable. The bathroom is fine and the bed is fine. The kitchen is on the small side, especially when you visit the supermarkets and see the huge selection. For a hobby cook, it is a challenge. Eating on the terrace is not possible, the table is too small for that. You can sit comfortably. Seville was easy to reach by car. It is a fantastic city that we liked very much. Busy, but the old center is easily walkable. The tranquility of the apartment's surroundings is relaxing. We have felt very safe. Location is a great base for other trips. Ronda, Cádiz and the Caves of Aracena were also great. Recommended

Thank you Judite, for a nice week in your apartment. The balcony which was L-shaped gave sun from morning to evening. It was quiet and safe. Plenty of clean bed linen and towels.

Joao's apartment had everything we needed and he was always attentive to all our inquiries. The check-in was a bit costly, as in addition to the door key, we needed the garage remote control. Then we saw that we could park the car on the other side of the street, right in front. The location was perfect. 10 min drive to the center of Tavira and 5 min to take the train that took us to Playa de Barril (which is beautiful) Santa Luzia is a quiet little town with plenty of restaurants to go out and eat fish and octopus. Joao gave us good recommendations. We really appreciate the air conditioning. And personally, the apartment is nicer than what you see in the photos

An unbeatable stay. Manolo and Carmen are a couple who have taken great care of us, we felt at home. In addition to their proximity, they were always available for what we needed. And the location, the price, the place... it's a bargain

Accommodation faithful to the description, close to bus and train stations. The location is ideal for going to the hyper center of Faro and visiting the surroundings. Maria, always smiling, gives very good advice that adapts to our interests. We highly recommend this address. Thank you Maria!!!!

Orlando and his wife Armanda are super hosts. They are very friendly and communicative. Their place is very peaceful and lovely. They have allowed us to pick up fresh oranges and eggs . We have loved our stay in their place. We just wish the weather was more warmer so we could use a pool more ☀️

Nice and clean apartment. Somewhat outside the city center, but at walkable distance (20 min.). Free, safe parking on site. Nice pool and terrace area. Aldi shop one minute away (walking). Very easy communication with Priscilla.

We stayed at Noemi’s place as a family of 4, with two small children, and my sister. The set up was perfect - two bedrooms on the main floor with bathroom, and second bedrooom on the”third” level with bathroom - gave her privacy and some separation when needed! The house was beautiful - we loved old style home, the outdoor spaces and decor. We felt very at home and it was easily walkable to restaurants, grocery store and the ferry to nearby islands. We would recommend the home to anyone visiting Olhao! (And you definitely should!)

For the second year in a row, it was an excellent stay. The house is extremely pleasant and comfortably accommodates 4 people. The terrace is excellent The rooms are comfortable and airy. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The urbanization has a parking space and a very good swimming pool available in July and August, and we were lucky to enjoy 3 days in June. It matches the pictures exactly. On the outskirts there is a market, beaches and a shopping center with several options to eat.

We had a fantastic stay at Ana’s place, such a peaceful & quiet place. In less than 2 minutes we were between the trees with our dogs. We had everything we needed in the house, clean & cosy.

A Perfect Stay at Casa Clara! Our stay at Casa Clara in Santa Luiza was nothing short of magical. The house itself is stunning—elegantly designed, spotlessly clean, and filled with natural light. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, blending modern comfort with authentic Portuguese charm. The outdoor space was a dream: peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing mornings. We especially loved the proximity to the charming village of Santa Luiza, which feels like a hidden gem. There are good restaurants, supermarket/bakery & pharmacy 2 mins walk from the house. Check in/out was seamless & communication with Patricia was excellent. We felt truly at home and didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend Casa Clara to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway in the Algarve.

we had a great 3 week stay. good for walking to everything in Tavira. we rented a car but didn't really need it. Manuel was a great host, house was clean and comfortable.

Located conveniently near the golf course, the property features a spacious terrace. Everything ok, with one notable exception: the lack of Wi-Fi connectivity.

We stayed with Mari Carmen for 4 months with 2 dogs. She is friendly and helpful. Responded immediately to minor issues. The apartment is big enough but a little cold in winter. Heating was available. The neighbors are very nice. We had a lovely time. Thanks Mari Carmen

We had a fantastic time at Maria’s place. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived and we are already planning our next trip! The apartment is spotless and had everything we needed. Maria was contactable and really responsive if we had any questions. The location is excellent and close to the beach / restaurants / shops. I would highly recommend staying here!

The accommodation is just like the photos, spectacular. Ideal for a couple. Very easy and quick to communicate with Ana and Jesus, who recommended places to visit and restaurants in the area. We'll be back.

We felt so lucky to have found this wonderful and spacious apartment with its amazing terrace (perfect for sunbathing!). The apartment itself is extremely well appointed and Mary and Roger have provided absolutely everything you could need, with plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses (and dishwasher tabs). There were also beach towels if you needed them, a great little electric barbecue grill, loads of seating on the terrace … it seemed that anything you might want was already there, and there was loads of space for the two of us. Olhao itself is a beautiful town and perfect for wandering around. We had a fabulous week there and would definitely recommend both this apartment and town to anyone who’s looking for a not too touristy part of the Algarve to visit.

The apartment is excellent, in very good condition, clean and equipped with everything. fantastic views and well located to visit PN Doñana, the beach, restaurants. the only problem but it is a common thing in Matalascañas are the stairs, for people with reduced mobility it can be an inconvenience. we will definitely be back again Thank you Victor and Paqui

We were there from 9/14/24 to 1/4/25. The stay was great and above all very quiet. The very close access to the beach is very nice. Once we locked ourselves out, but Joao was able to help us directly. Everything exactly as described👍.
