Holiday rentals with beach access in Andøya

Massive apartment right at the top end of the town. Ideally located near the ferry, whale watching, lighthouse and main shops in town plus only 20mins walk from airport if you didn't fancy a taxi/rental. Apartment instructions were clear and easy to follow. There's an upstairs room which I didn't really use except to dry clothes and the downstairs has big kitchen with all normal appliances and an air fryer which helps as food in town can be expensive to eat out all the time. TV with Netflix, YouTube etc and good bathroom too. Great option if you're visiting Andenes

We spent three wonderful days on Skogsøya. The house, although not traditional in style, was superbly positioned overlooking the sea and the neighbouring islands. The huge picture windows give an ever changing view that in real life are much better than the photos. We walked the coast road and several of the footpaths some of which climb hills behind the house and offer views over Vesterålen. You can hike to the north coast, but it gets very boggy beyond the big lake. Check the ferry timetable before travelling and if you arrive on a Sunday remember to do your shopping the day before! We would wholeheartedly recommend staying in Anders place on this magical island.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gulith's. The apartment is very nice with a terrace that has a magnificent view. Gulith's brother, Arthur, gave us plenty of information and was very friendly. We were able to hike and go boating. The restaurant next door is very good. I would highly recommend it.

The loft is wonderful and Maximiliam a magnificent host. The dream place. If you visit Vesteralen do not hesitate to stay here. In addition, Maximiliam is very attentive to everything, there are basics for cooking, a huge TV,... It is simply perfect.

Stein-Ove and Marita are the best possible hosts, as they do their ultimate best to make sure that their guests have a phenomenal experience, in their fabulous house, in the unique environment of Lofoten. What stands out the most, from my view, is that the guests get the real experience of real life in such remote area of the world. This was my and my wife's intention, totally fulfilled beyond expectations, and we will never forget what we saw and how we felt. The house is situated in a magnificent location, between splendid mountains and coastline, and still easily accessible via a road where there is very little traffic, which ensure total peace. We felt what it means to have a family life in Lofoten, basically the experience cannot be more authentic, truly. Needless to say, the house was spotlessly clean and had all facilities to feel at home, e.g. we could use the kitchen to have a peaceful dinner overlooking the ocean. In brief, if you want the real experience, do book this house!

Wow! Perfect place for our family of four. The house was cozy and comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were nice size and finish. The property its self was so beautiful with such an idyllic backyard leading down to the fun and cozy boathouse where we hung out playing cards and enjoying the beautiful summer evening. The beach area was fun to explore. Quiet area, free from the traffic and crowds of Lofoten, beautiful mountains around and a few beaches up and down the road. Wish we had stayed longer! Can’t wait to come back and relax here again!

We felt very comfortable in Roger's house and had a very good time in Sortland. Communication with Roger was straightforward and fast. Likewise the check-in. The house is not sterile. You can tell that a family spends time here and wants to have a nice time. The kitchen is very well equipped. Beds were perfectly sufficient for us. The stairs are steep, but doable. We were lucky and had a great night with lots of northern lights. The environment is very suitable for this. You can escape disturbing light sources.

A very good place I can recommend to anyone visiting Lofoten. Perfect location close and close to many attractions!

The view from the place is just amazing

The cabin is not new and you should not expect any super comfort. Despite this, the house has all the amenities: hot water, electricity, toilet, bathroom, etc. It was very nice that there were freezers in the basement, we were able to freeze and take us to Estonia😃. No one ever writes about this for some reason. In general, the house is exactly equal to price=quality. We may even come back.

From the moment we booked, communication with Vigdis was seamless and warm, making us feel welcome even before we arrived. Vigdis is the most welcoming and kind host one could wish for. Check-in instructions were super clear, she always responded quickly and shared tips on things to do on the island. The house itself is an absolute gem - cozy, inviting, and beautifully decorated to create a true home-away-from-home feeling. Waking up to the stunning sea view, surrounded by Norway’s breathtaking nature, was an experience in itself. Whether enjoying a quiet morning coffee with the view or exploring the serene surroundings, every moment felt special. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, charm, and the most spectacular scenery, this is it! A stay to remember—highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

June is a fabulous hostess! We stayed here for a business trip for my husband for 7 weeks. The apartment is beautiful, large, very comfortable. We call it "The Palace". She was very flexible and was able to let us stay longer than originally planned. She even drove us to the airport on the day we left so we didn't need to rent a car for the last few days. Very gracious and gave personal attention. Thank you for the lovely stay!!

Great campsite in a beautiful location and with very friendly and helpful staff! The apartment was very clean, comfortably furnished and you were on the beach in a few steps. We would definitely come back!

Very nice house that fits perfectly when you are many on a trip. Nice bathrooms, large bedrooms and a living room/kitchen that can accommodate many. We lacked nothing during our stay and had good communication with our hosts. Recommended!

Katarzyna and her husband are very nice people. I had my own room, the other rooms I shared with the owners. When I arrived, they warmly welcomed me and invited me to sit with them in the living room by the fire. They shared a lot of tips for trips in the area. Thank you, I felt at home. :)
