Huge, sunny bedroom with queen bed, port-a-cot (if needed) and built in wardrobe with allocated space for your belongings. Also, combined lounge/dining with quality furniture and large screen TV. Lovely kitchenette with views to delightful, fully enclosed back yard. Tea, coffee and toast with cereal provided for breakfast. Private, sunny front court yard and own separate entrance. We are happy to share knowledge of the local area and amenities with you and invite you for a sunset drink on the upstairs balcony or leave you peacefully alone to discover the beauty of Port Stephens for yourselves. View local swans, dolphins, pelicans, fish, crabs and koalas nearby or take a walk on the boardwalk through a nature reserve to Mallabula. Try fishing or kayaking or watching the sunset. Accommodation is a single level dwelling with an open plan kitchen and living area. 2 big Queen bedrooms & a 3 way bathroom. The good-sized paved and grassed outdoor area backs onto bushland. The getaway is a haven thanks to its cosiness, quietness, privacy & location. Suits 4 adults. Only house trained "smallish" dogs allowed with own bedding. NO--dogs on beds or lounges. NO--dogs left inside unattended. NO--dogs to be left alone inside unattended. NO--electric scooters allowed!!

Studio style accommodation (64 sq. m. of space), includes queen bed, Air Conditioning & ceiling fan, kitchenette - no stove, fridge, & bathroom facilities. Living area, lounge & television. Tea, coffee & milk provided. The studio is a separate building at the rear of our home with guest access day & night. Suitable for single guests as well as a couple.

Our family getaway is walking distance to the village centre (with a grocery store, family-style restaurants and the local pub) and a quick car ride away from Birubi and One Mile Beach. Morna Point Surf Studio

We welcome you to stay in our studio room situated 300 metres from the amazing Birubi Beach which boasts the largest sand dunes in the southern hemisphere and awesome waves on your back door. We love the location of our house and hope you do too. The studio is located at the back of our property where we live along with our two children and small dog.
