Holiday rentals with breakfast in Annakhil

We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Riad Liana – from the very first moment, we felt welcomed and well taken care of by Abdel, Rachida and Hannah. Every detail in the riad is thoughtfully designed, and the Moroccan decor creates a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. The rooftop terrace was a dream – with views over the rooftop and the sound of the prayer call - just magic. The location was also ideal – peaceful yet close to everything. It was just a few minutes' walk to the souks, and we always felt safe walking even at night. Lunch and dinner made my Rachida was the best meals we had, make sure to try her cooking. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Riad Liana again – it was a truly unforgettable experience and one of the absolute highlights of our trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something extra special in Marrakech!

Great Airbnb. Franck’s place is just as expected like the photos. Very comfortable. Also, their cook, Latifah was wonderful! We had a good breakfast, tasty tagine and the best of it was how warm she welcomed us! I’d definitely recommend it

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit. Es ist so schön wie auf den Fotos und man könnte ganze Abende dort entspannt verbringen. Wir waren nur zu viert und waren uns erst nicht sicher, ob das ganze Gebäude wirklich für uns ist. Ibtissam war super nett und hat uns ein leckeres Frühstück zubereitet und hat mir sogar mehrere Aker Fassi besorgt, damit ich nicht feilschen muss. Man kämpft nachts gegen ein paar Mücken, weil die Türen nicht ganz dicht sind. Aber ab der zweiten Nacht hatten wir keine Probleme mehr und die Mücken sind langsam. Kleiner Tipp: Es gibt 2 Möglichkeiten auf Maps, um zum Riad zu gelangen. Man muss die zweite Route wählen, wo auch das Riad Christina in der Nähe liegt. (Wenn euch Personen den Weg zeigen möchten, erwarten sie dafür Geld.) Statt Shampoo, hatten wir Duschgel im Bad. Es war alles sehr sauber und einfach wirklich schön und wir würden wiederkommen!

Huge place, cozy and very nice location. We chose to walk for most of the stay, amazing restaurants and locations all walking distance. Air conditioning in every room, the decor and the lighting was spot on. The cleaning lady/cook is very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

Paola's place is one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in! She kindly arranged an airport taxi, and we were met by Hicham, who guided us to the riad and gave us a full tour. Nestled in the heart of the Medina, it's steps from colourful souks, great restaurants, and filled with the sounds of the call to prayer and local music. The home is stunning- flooded with natural light while remaining completely private, with elegant clean lines, beautiful materials, luxurious toiletries, high-quality linens, and a sun-drenched terrace with potted herbs and loungers. The bed was very comfortable (firm mattress), with extra linens available. The well-equipped kitchen included fresh oranges, bread, cake, olive oil, butter, jam, and coffee. We loved using the electric juicer for daily fresh orange juice. The internet was fast, and the AC worked perfectly- much needed in the June heat. It was an incredible base to set off from each day- we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Our stay in the Medina was very exciting. But what made our experience far beyond perfect was Bahia and Fatima. They accommodated you in everything they can. The Riad is a short walk to the car pick up. Marrakech has our hearts.

Un havre de paix au cœur de la médina ! L’emplacement est parfait : central, à deux pas de l’effervescence des souks, mais incroyablement calme dès qu’on franchit la porte du Riad. Le lieu est décoré avec un goût exquis : un mélange subtil d’inspirations marocaines et contemporaines, jamais cliché, toujours juste. L’atmosphère est apaisante, chaleureuse et authentique. Mais ce sont surtout Fatimzahra et Simo qui ont donné toute la magie à notre séjour. Leur accueil, leur gentillesse, leur discrétion, leur générosité et la qualité de nos échanges ont rendu notre semaine unique. Chaque matin, un petit déjeuner différent, généreux, savoureux, nous attendait. La cuisine de Fatimzahra est une merveille : authentique, locale, pleine de saveurs et de cœur. Ils ont été d’une aide précieuse tout au long de notre séjour, toujours disponibles et bienveillants. Grâce à eux, Marrakech a eu une toute autre saveur. The flat itself was nice clean and as described bit far from the attractions but if you have a car then it’s fine. The only side down was the swimming pool as it did not look it gets cleaned everyday the water was dirty and not clear not sure if the pool was private as there was a lot of kids swimming everyday. The host was very responsive and helpful she gave multiple recommendations on n where to go and what to do. I Highly recommend the place

Notre autre Fouzia est charmante disponible de bons conseils pour trouver les moyens de transport ,sur les activités touristiques ,merci pour Aghafay et pour les restos. Appartement agréable au 4e étage d'un immeuble avec ascenseur à un quart d'heure en voiture de la médina donc très calme

Notre expérience a été très L'appartement était superbe et la réception était incroyable. positive et nous avons beaucoup apprécié jouer à la Playstation avec une vue imprenable sur le jardin privé et l'Atlas.L'appartement répondait à tous les besoins essentiels et secondaires, et les chambres étaient confortables et spacieuses.Reda a été à l'écoute, nous a donné tous les conseils nécessaires et nous a proposé plusieurs activités qui nous avons réservé par son biais.Nous avons été très satisfait , en plus de la location de la voiture c a été rapide et avec des attentes raisonnables. Je serai de retour Merci et à bientôt Inshalah 😄

Miejsce bardzo oddaje charakter lokalny. Jeśli ktoś chce się poczuć jak jeden z mieszkańców Marrakechu to z pewnością odnajdzie tam to czego szuka. Klimatyzowane sypialnie oraz salon pomagają przy upałach. Duży taras to świetne miejsce na wieczorny odpoczynek. Ogólnie miejsce warte polecenia 10/10

la casa e meravigliosa super pulita non manca nulla il top la piscina nel condominio per un po di relax lui e la moglie gestiscono il beb in modo straordinario in qualsiasi orario rispondono se hai bisogno e sono sempre super disponibili la casa e molto confortevole in un ottimo punto vicino a tutte le attrazioni e in una zona molto tranquilla e sicura c'è vicino carrefour e una pasticceria straordinario buona !

J’ai une nouvelle fois passé un séjour exceptionnel chez Khalil. L’appartement est situé dans une résidence de très haut standing, idéalement placée en plein cœur de Marrakech. Dès l’entrée, on remarque immédiatement la qualité de la décoration : chaque détail a été pensé avec goût et raffinement, créant une ambiance chaleureuse et élégante. L’appartement est très lumineux grâce à sa belle exposition, et offre une vue reposante sur le patio intérieur de la résidence. La propreté des lieux est irréprochable, tout est parfaitement entretenu, ce qui donne une vraie sensation de confort et de bien-être. Les équipements sont modernes et haut de gamme : électroménager complet, literie confortable, climatisation efficace… tout est pensé pour rendre le séjour agréable et sans souci. C’est un lieu où l’on se sent comme chez soi, voire mieux. Ce n’est pas mon premier séjour chez Khalil et et ce ne sera certainement pas le dernier. C’est toujours un plaisir d’y revenir, je recommande 🤗✅?

The Riad was beautiful and even better than the pictures. It was a perfect location within the Medina and walking distance to most attractions. Alice has done a great job decorating the place. Abdou and Fatima made our stay seamless, easy and special. They made a great spread every morning for breakfast. Abdou was particularly helpful in making restaurant suggestions…Atay Cafe and L’Mida were both great choices.

questo riad é semplicemente perfetto in ogni dettaglio studiato finemente, saremo rimasti altri giorni per godere del riad. Naima presente ma allo stesso tempo discreta, ottima cuoca per delle cene deliziose , e che colazioni sublimi. Abdou ci ha aiutati a portare i bagagli ed é sempre stato disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta con tanta pazienza la terrazza con piscina sono stati il nostro angolo di paradiso grazie di tutto

Me and my girlfriend had a great stay at Riad Belikoss. The riad looks very nice and has a great rooftop to enjoy breakfast or to relax. Our room was great, clean and looking nice. The mattresses are quite firm, but that was no problem for us. Breakfast is really great here. And the staff are very kind and helpful. The riad is located in the medina, so it’s very easy to walk to all kinds of beautiful places and restaurants. Taxi’s are also nearby. This place gets a definite recommend from us and we will come back here the next time we are in Marrakech.

Halime greeted us each morning with a warm smile and a breakfast that felt like it was made by a loving mother — fresh, delicious, and full of care. Her kindness set the tone for the day. Jan and El-Hossein were incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. They were gracious, warm, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We left with full hearts, grateful for the generosity and spirit of this place. We can’t recommend it enough — not just the Riad, but the entire area. It’s a gem worth discovering.

WOW! If you are looking for a safe, clean and comfortable Riad this is the best! The host was the kindest man I’ve ever met and helped make sure we made it to our driver safely and even gave us a thorough explanation of the Medina and a map of the area. Our room was large and clean and the location was close to everything. HIGHLY recommend! 😀

Très beau Riad bien situé pour visiter la médina. Le personnel du Riad est très agréable, réactif et discret. Le ménage est fait tous les jours dans les chambres. L’environnement est calme. Un excellent petit déjeuné nous a été servi tous les matins. Nous avons dîné sur la terrasse sur le toit et nous nous sommes régalés avec le couscous. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! L’appartement est fidèle aux photos, très propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. L’emplacement est parfait calme tout en étant proche des commodités et des transports.
