Nicole is very caring host and made sure I felt home right away. Perfect little apartment close to nice old part of Town. Quiet neighbourhood and also accessible by public transport(need to walk for 10/15min uphill).

I spent a lovely four days in Marie-Caroline’s space and loved it. I was working remotely for a few days after vacation before heading home and I couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable space to do so. The views from her apartment are sweeping and beautiful. Patio, a pleasure to enjoy for breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening. 20 min walk into town was lovely. Grocery and specialty markets a quick walk away. Annecy is such a special place and her condo made it even more so. Her boyfriend Frédéric greeted me to let me in the apartment a couple hours before check in which u greatly appreciated. Hotspot for WiFi worked well, even for video calls. Couple other call outs - well powered hairdryer provided, washer worked well, comfy bed and linens. Thanks for a great stay! 💖

Excellent stay in Daniel's apartment. The exchanges were very easy, the arrival and departure too. The apartment is very nice, comfortable bedding and the terrace is a plus. It is ideally located, a stone's throw from the lake and close to the city center of Annecy. In short, I recommend it!

We had a great time! The accommodation is cozy and we have a beautiful view of the sky (we even saw a bird of prey!) Michael is responsive, always pleasant and ready to answer your questions!! The bed is comfortable and if you are a duo or trio of friends, this accommodation is perfect!!

Very well-located apartment in old Annecy and very good value for money for the neighborhood and the season. Many bus lines are present nearby and free in summer, which is nice. The apartment was very clean and functional with a beautiful terrace to fully enjoy the summer evenings and Georges was a very welcoming and available host throughout the stay.

Carole was very responsive! Clean accommodation, well located and with a bonus parking space! Everything was PERFECT. Some sweet touches on our arrival! If you need to find a place to stay, you need to do "business" with Carole! Thank you again for the trouble you go to to make our stay as pleasant as possible!

Beautiful apartment in a secure residence, spacious, well-equipped, clean with excellent bedding. The proximity of the starts at the bottom of the apartment was a +. Best accommodation and best host

hello We came to this accommodation for the second time, no surprise. Our host is very discreet and available. Very good location without being in the city center. Very clean accommodation, the only drawback is no bathroom, the shower is in the kitchen. No street noise and a closed garden for the joy of my 2 dogs. Thank you for everything.

ground floor apartment with a beautiful terrace sheltered from view. The studio is comfortable, the kitchen is practical and well-equipped, even if I only spent one night. City center within walking distance in 5 min, restaurants, park... very nice host.

The place was perfect for these few days of rest. Shops, restaurants, and lakes nearby.

Thoma was always very kind and accommodated our request for both early check-in and extended check-out. The accommodation is very nice and is located in a very quiet area in the green of the "bagues", a few minutes from the Rumilly lake and only 10 minutes from Annecy. I would gladly return to Thomas' accommodation, a great experience.

Place was exactly as shown in the photos. Charlotte was easy to communicate with. Thanks for accommodating to our last minute reservation. We liked that there is a private parking space but if the garage is full, it would be slightly challenging to get out from the garage other than that everything else was perfect.

Great stay, the accommodation is in an old hotel in an old style. The apartment is charming, well maintained, very clean, the white bed linen is reminiscent of a hotel. The view of the lake and the gardens allows you to relax and enjoy the stay more.

It is a very functional apartment, nicely arranged, convenient, clean and nice. Chantal takes great care of her "vacationers". Of course, we want to come back, and Albertville is well located for visiting this beautiful region! Anyway, and to summarize, everything was PERFECT!

Marilyn offers a very convenient base to explore Annecy. Within walking distance of the historic town, the location was well connected to local bus routes and there was storage space available should you bring or rent a bike. There was an excellent bakery near the apartment ideally suited for picnic preparation. The apartment was compact but comfortable with a balcony providing a lovely space for breakfast, especially when the weather was as hot during my stay! It had a good selection of utensils for self catering. Marilyn made me feel extremely welcome to stay at her apartment, offering a generous welcome selection of food and drink and was a very conscientious host.

Everything is very good... Except for me, the contact. You give it importance where you don't, but I haven't had any contact with Christele except by SMS. This is not my vision of Airbnb, but a perfectly liberal vision... Just the feeling of being a cash drawer, two text messages to remind me to leave at 10 a.m. for the next tenant and that's it. I'm giving 5 stars because I don't want to harm Christele... But maybe Christele is called Georges... Basically, I don't know... I'm probably old-fashioned... I send a final text message to inform them of my departure... And nothing, no return, not even a good road... quickly to the next!! In short, for the rest of the services... nothing to complain about, the value for money is very decent, this rental was efficient, profitable, productive. Thank you, Georges...

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!

Great stay with an amazing view from the balcony! The apartment is very well located (easy to access), in a beautiful soothing environment, offering beautiful walks. A few minutes from the gazebo of La Chambotte, ideal for a spectacular sunset. Perfect for two people, the apartment is equipped with all the essentials, with some nice little extras! A big thank you to the host, who is attentive, responsive and flexible on check-in and check-out times. I recommend it 100%!
