Holiday rentals with lake access in Annecy-le-Vieux

Accommodation that perfectly matches the description and photos. With impeccable cleanliness, it seems to have been refurbished very recently. Our 2-year-old daughter immediately felt comfortable, thanks to the toys available. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is large enough to accommodate a baby crib without any problems. The accommodation is well located (close to the lake and about 20 minutes' walk from the hyper center). We were hosted very well by Maryse and communication was easy during the stay. We highly recommend Alice's house for a stay in Aix-les-Bains!

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

We were at Claire's house for the second time, almost a week. The furnishings are very good, high-quality materials, everything very generous (e.g. enough coffee, dishwasher tablets, soap, etc.). Everything is very well thought out. The location is very quiet with wonderful views. The terrace is equipped with plenty of seating and a large sunshade. Everything is just right and we'd love to come back. The communication with Claire was pleasant.

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Lovely apartment, 1 min walk from lake. Nice balcony with garden view. 25 mins walk along lakeside to old town. Large, comfy living room/kitchen + cosy bedroom. There are about 5 parking spaces immediately in front of the apartment - first come, first served but we always found a space. If no spaces, there's a big public car park 50m away - free except during peak season (July/August). Good communication from Marie Christine before & during. Met by Stefan who was helpful with check-in. Would happily visit again.

Very good location near the city center. Everything is done on foot, bike rental, tour of the lake, catering, train station, market in front of the apartment... The apartment is very functional, clean, refurbished, we spent 3 beautiful nights there (comfortable bedding). Parking below the building is a plus. We are very satisfied with our stay. I recommend

Can’t beat the view and the location

Hosts give clear and detailed instructions. The accommodation is very clean and matches the photos. Everything is within walking distance with private parking close to the accommodation. The bakery, fishmonger, dairy, butcher and Carrefour are within walking distance and on Wednesday there is the market that offers quality products. The automatic entry system is very good. The only downside, if you can say: noisy neighbors who slam the doors loudly from time to time and the neighbor upstairs is also noisy at night. I give 5* because for me it is a quality accommodation and I recommend it.

Isabelle was very gracious host and very pleasant to deal with. She had for us a bottle of juice and a jar of apricot jam that she made herself. 💕 really appreciated it. Her place was spacious and very clean in a quiet location, walkable to the city center. Although we did not use the kitchen, she had everything for us to use - oil, spices, pots and pans. The air conditioner in living room and bedrooms is one that you put ice into to cool the air. It worked for us, weather was still pleasant early June. It was a perfect trip. Great location , very helpful host.

The apartment was in an absolutely perfect location in the old medieval town section of Annecy, we could not have picked a more perfect place to stay. Inside, the place was beautiful, so comfortable and smartly organized with everything one could need, clearly with the traveler in mind. If you want to experience the stunning beauty of the city, walkable to so many shops, churches, great restaurants, the lake and the canals surrounding the ancient buildings, parks and lakeside walks, you will not be disappointed in Oceane’s place. She was always at the ready for communication too. We didn’t cook too much (so many great food shops and restaurants everywhere!!) but if you wanted, the kitchen was supplied with anything needed to prepare meals. And the views from the apartment window!!! The canals, views of the Alps and old castles right outside. Airbnb reviews state that “ we would stay here again,” and in this case my wife and I truly mean it. We are anticipating another trip next year.

Michelle offers a very pleasant place to live in, close to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The accommodation is described, small but well equipped and very functional. In good weather, you have to take advantage of the sunny terrace of the garden. We had a very pleasant stay in Saint-Jorioz and, although we did meet our hosts, the communication was clear and very cordial. Michelle has offered games for children, bikes for walks and is very attentive to her tenants. Annecy is beautiful but also all the small villages around the lake. We particularly recommend the beach/pool of Saint Jorioz, within walking distance!

Berenice’s house was exactly what we were looking for in Annecy. The house is beautifully decorated , only 10’ walk away from the beach. Bright and spacious rooms in a peaceful location, perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing place where to feel home. Berenice is a fantastic host, she gave clear instructions, was very responsive and accomodate our needs. We will definitely recommend her house to friends and will look forward to returning to her home in the future. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at James's. The house is very nicely decorated and sparkling clean. Beds are very comfortable. The garden is great, with deck chairs, shade and beautiful plants. On the other side of the house is a terrace. When it is very hot outside, it remains pleasantly cool in the house. The area is very quiet and good to relax. There are direct possibilities for hiking. To swim at the lake you drive about 15 min. James and his wife are great hosts. We felt right at home. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Like last time.. Top.. Top.. The morning coffee facing the lake, and the aperitif right on the foot.. So nice.. The pkageca side, the children went there qd they wanted to.. Very friendly Henri, Françoise and Christelle too 😁 We'll definitely be right back..

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.

Exceptional host in an exceptional place, Gérard's home is spacious, well-appointed and carefully decorated. The environment is exceptional, this part of the lake is truly beautiful. No complaints, you have to do it again and I recommend it!

The equipment leaves no wish unfulfilled, ranging from small moments of luxury to everything a family may need. Our children had countless opportunities to play in the garden and by the water - boredom did not exist here. In the evening, sitting on the terrace, watching the sun set over the lake while a discreet laugh echoes somewhere - we have rarely breathed as deeply as here. This was our best holiday. A place you want to come back to.
