Smart lock with code for open/close It takes about 10-15 minutes to get to Svenska Mässan, Scandinavium or Liseberg. To Liseberg, it is exactly 1000 meters walking distance.

Här bor ni centralt, det tar ca 5-7 minuter att gå till Avenyn. Två busslinjer precis utanför, buss 60 & 61. Trots att det finns många mysiga restauranger på gatan är det oerhört tyst här. Mycket rymlig och exklusiv lägenhet på våning 2, hiss finns. Köket är välutrustat och det går bra att låna kryddor etc. Saknar TV. Lägenheten är avsedd för max 4 personer. Liten balkong finns. Ni kan hyra lakan och handdukar för 150kr per person eller ta med själva. Ni kan endast boka 3-7 nätter.

Finns endast en dubbelsäng men tillfällig säng eller barnsäng går att ordna. Närhet till restauranger, mataffärer, Slottskogen etc. Spårvagnshållplats ca 100 m från huset.
