The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

150 meters from Sciotot Beach (municipality of Les Pieux), this small house called "La Grange", old, with character, semi-detached, about 50 m2, will allow you to enjoy a beautiful natural setting. The location of our accommodation ensures access to the sea. You can visit Cotentin, practice sports, water sports, hike on the GR 223 and other marked trails. Shops are located in "Les Pieux" 3 kilometers from the rental.

The 60 m2 apartment we are offering is located on the second floor. From the living room, you can admire the beach huts of Gouville-sur-Mer, from the bedroom, you have views of the dunes and the sea 50 m away. It benefits from a large balcony terrace. We thought about it and set it up to create a pleasant place for you and relaxing. Our accommodation is rated 3 stars by the Tourist Office.

You can't find any closer to the sea : at high tide the terrace overlooking the beach becomes the bow of a boat ! More in the center of Coutainville, it's not possible either : everything is at your fingertips : restaurants, bars, shops, tennis, casino, even golf. 35 m2 refurbished studio, 100 meters from the beach and its cabins. Very nice, pleasant, easy to live in. It consists of a kitchen area, bedroom area, beautiful living room with TV, Wi-Fi, desk and bathroom (towels and sheets are provided). The studio opens onto a terrace with garden furniture.
