住宅區方便找很安靜房間很大

有電梯很方便 房間 和廁所都很乾淨 房間椅子擺起來好看 但不好坐😅 但沒有停車位是比較不方便的地方

體驗非常好，通知更改入住時間也很親切的幫忙想辦法

非常值得的住宿體驗，民宿老闆人也很好，訊息回的很快

因連假又太晚訂房間的關係，導致一直找不到寵物友善的住所，因緣際會下看到老闆有提供寵物友善的房間，趕緊下訂，也很謝謝老闆不會因為大狗狗就拒絕，讓我們有個非常好的體驗。

雖然距離市區有一段路程，但周遭湖美重劃區環境很好，不過如果是大眾運輸族就不方便了，而且晚上非常安靜。我們騎機車很方便，房東非常親切，房源非常新也維持很好，公共空間房間裡頭到處都有放有品味的香氛，所有房內的選品還有公共空間都很有質感和設計感，房間也如同照片一樣的寬敞，讓我們的旅程非常的舒適，謝謝房東。

房子溫馨設施完備

Great location and big property with easy check in and lovely garden area. House was very big and spacious, felt very homely too. Bathrooms were clean and house had all key amenities. Beds comfortable. Located moments from all key sights in Anping yet the house itself was quiet from the street (although neighbours could be heard from the back of the house). House felt very secure with smart lock and garden very pretty. Nespresso machine and filtered water tap very useful too. Chien Yu was very responsive and would happily stay there again.

Nice place for the group over 12 persons

這個房源簡直太舒服，雖然是小小間，但五臟俱全～ 一進房就很有回家的感覺。房東也相當友好 所有的溝通都很恰當 為了有機會肯定會在入住～

很漂亮的老宅，可以看出屋主有認真整理，CP值超高！ 客廳設備是我遇過最齊全最完整也最乾淨的，非常適合大家一起待在客廳聊天吃東西。 門要記得關好，因為環境很自然難免會有一點蚊蟲，但並不會多到造成困擾。 小小缺點是插頭稍微少，但基本該有的位置都找得到插頭，且屋主有提供延長線，所以不會是什麼大問題，下次再來台南還是會考慮這邊！

適合家庭朋友入住的空間～ 還有提供電動麻將桌 家具衛浴廚房設備全部都非常新 適合跟朋友一起耍廢渡假的地方 房東人也非常友善，總是非常快速的回覆訊息！非常值得推薦唷！ 下次絕對想再入住💕

一樓烤肉區舒適度100 二樓大電視可以一起看電影一起唱歌 三樓房間還有浴缸可以泡澡 四樓還貼心的準備嬰兒床 重點是還有電梯 走路不用五分鐘就可以到安平豆花 房東都超快回訊息！真的太幸運住到這裡了！

房東好熱情，有問必答，而且我們不小心打翻了湯汁，也立馬幫我們換床單，下次來台南可以再來這裡住。

地理位置非常好找，住宿的地方附近算是熱鬧的地方，樓下就有超商，餐廳等等，非常方便。 住宿空間很整潔，房東回應速度超快，很熱情，也非常有耐心的解決問題，非常推薦大家可以來這住宿唷💪🏻
