28 The Loft - 28 Villa（Non-smoking room）

28 Villa is a private villa for six people (3 beds). The loft interior space is an open space design with no partition walls except for the "toilet" and "bathroom". If you are not traveling as a family, you will not be able to share the bedding, and it is not recommended for more than six people to stay. Maximum 8 people (two extra people required, 13 years and over are considered adults), only suitable for families who can share 3 beds, more than 8 people cannot be accommodated. Extra stay fee per "day": cleaning fee 1000/person (maximum two, no extra beds, extra bedding and spare services) ＊ Please be sure to measure and note the number of beds, bedding (3 beds in total) and whether the supplies are sufficient. ＊ If you mind, please do not book!! ＊ If the number of guests exceeds the number of guests on the day, we have the right to refuse check-in. ＊ Taking into account the privacy of guests and the quiet atmosphere, no visitors are allowed to stay inside or outside the 28 the loft at night. ＊ If non-compliance is found, an additional fee per guest will be charged and check-in will be refused. ＊ Enjoy the privacy of your home during your stay, no daily cleaning service is provided, and extra trash bags are provided in the trash cans. ＊ To maintain the hygiene environment and service quality of guests, pets are strictly prohibited and smoking is prohibited indoors, and fireworks and any cooking are prohibited.
