Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Anse des Rochers

We spent three weeks at Nathalie's, she was responsive to our questions, we were very well located a few steps away from everything! The apartment was as described, clean and very well furnished, if I can carry a review and/or suggestion for our part given that we were preparing our meals most of the time , there were only 2 rounds to cook without an oven! I think a simple little Airfryer would have been perfect because the size of the kitchen is small but very functional! We had an excellent holiday and highly recommend the apartment! We had a great stay. The accommodation is ideally located close to everything, a stone's throw from the sea. the accommodation is impeccable, very functional with very nice equipment. if the opportunity arose, we would rent the accommodation again without hesitation.

Jean Christophe and Virginia's apartment was absolutely great for our couple. Modern and tastefully decorated. The view of the marina is superb and the location is absolutely perfect: everything is within easy walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as a supermarket and pharmacy. It is very easy to visit Saint François entirely on foot from the accommodation. The bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom offers a lot of pressure and hot water hot. Which is perfect for returning from the beach. The tank is a must and we had no water issues despite the water outages. The building has an elevator which is very nice for going up and down the suitcases. It is very easy to find parking nearby. I highly recommend this place that we will rent again without hesitation if we come back to the area.

The accommodation is clean, comfortable. It corresponds to the description of the site. It is very well located in relation to the center of Ste-Anne, you can get around on foot. Beautiful sea view. Anne is friendly and very responsive. I recommend it.

Great stay in this place. Exactly as described. It should be noted that the listing is on the top floor so several steps to take. Parking is not private, but easy to find nearby. The air conditioning works great in both bedrooms. No direct communication with Michel, but Justine who takes care of the accommodation is very responsive and friendly. We were given some useful information about the place.

Why stay at Nicole's? First of all, for Nicole and her husband, who are attentive and discreet, they will be a useful resource to meet all your needs. There is also this accommodation, independent, perfectly equipped (Air conditioning, very good Wifi signal, orange subscription with Canal + as a bonus), perfect for a quiet stay, while being close to all amenities, a supermarket, the airport, opposite the tennis club of Les Abymes, close to the center of Les Abymes. Ideal for settling in as soon as you arrive, before organizing your stay, on Basse Terre or Grande Terre. Thank you again for hostinging us!!

We are delighted with our stay at Richard's place. The apartment is comfortable, and is located in the quiet part of Pierre et Vacances (while being a few minutes from the pool and the center of the holiday village). Thanks to Valerie for hosting us and for the little bonuses that awaited us upon arrival.

We really fell in love with this place. The setting is charming, with a peaceful garden where we were even able to enjoy some delicious fruits, and an exceptional view. Françoise was very welcoming, always available and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for discovering Grande-Terre in a few days. A beautiful place that we would recommend without hesitation!

The stay went very well. The setting was pleasant so much that the checkout was even more difficult than usual. Renaud was perfect throughout the stay. I highly recommend it.

Very warm welcome. The host is smiling and welcoming. The location is great: a few minutes to the beach and only 15 minutes drive to the airport. The place is beautiful, surrounded by plants, with the presence of frogs and birds that add to the charm. I highly recommend it! If I ever return to Guadeloupe, it will be with great pleasure that I will stay with this host again.

Very welcoming hosts. We rented this house because there were 2 bedrooms. Since there were only 2 of us, only one room had been prepared…but our hosts offered to prepare the bed when we told them. It's fine but pretty rudimentary, the decor is very nice. Our boat was unable to leave the port because of the busy sea, quickly our hosts accommodated us for another night.

We had a GREAT stay! The villa is beautiful (even more beautiful in real life!), super clean and super well equipped, we felt at home (moreover the decor is hot!). The pool is very nice, we enjoyed it every day, as well as the BBQ! In short, paradise! The villa is close to all amenities (just 10 min by car) it is convenient. Gael is very approachable and was super welcoming. He was always available when we had a question. We already want to come back!

The place was super cute, clean and we had all we needed and more. The apartment also has spare water in case of water shut downs, which is very convenient as the water can be gone for quite a while. We felt very safe and at home in the apartment.

A little slice of paradise on a paradisiacal island! The accommodation is comfortable, well equipped and very pleasant. François is a very discreet and friendly host, who even made us enjoy one of his delicious papaya from the garden! We would have stayed a few more days to enjoy the calm and zen of this place.

The Airbnb was spotless, modern, beautiful pool , beautiful outdoor layout. The hosts were really welcoming and on the lookout for our needs. Informed every day if everything was going well, we have absolutely nothing negative about the Airbnb and the hosts, I recommend it 100%. I would go back there without hesitation. 🤩

we spent 3 nights at Cyril's place. Very cozy and bucolic apartment. the pool right in front of the listing is an advantage. small terrace and yet bcp of greenery. large residence but nevertheless a feeling of tranquility and privacy. our 15 and 12 year old teenagers also enjoyed the stay. Fanny from the concierge service was very welcoming and responsive. Saint François is ideal for crisscrossing the great land. we'd love to come back to this place. small downside for the 70 euros cleaning fee.

Cool Place, a few steps from the gosier Beach. The stairs are here for the first sweat of the day, but they are only really a pain at the check-out, when you need to leave and bring the luggage back on top;-) nice view, absolute private feeling in the apartment!

Beautiful place that made it possible to recharge for a great week. The pool, the view, the open kitchen... the accommodation is self-sufficient and allows you to discover Guadeloupe at its own pace without guilt to stay and enjoy its charms. The host was a great help and very responsive when we needed it. In short, a lovely stay!

Very nice apartment, beautiful terrace with sea view. It is well equipped and spacious in a quiet and pleasant environment. Private Gated Parking Space Good location to visit the island. We had a pleasant stay at Emilie's place which is always very responsive to our questions. The pool is nice but unfortunately missing a few sunbeds to enjoy it more.
