Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Anse Vata

Delphine's house was lovely, particularly outside and the pool area. We had some trouble with the fuse box on the first night which meant no wifi or air con, but the house guide helped us fix this. Would stay here again, but worth noting that its a uphill, hot walk into the city center so worth having a car!

Super peaceful villa, woken up by birds in the city, it's always great. Well-equipped and in a good location. The rooms are small, but it's for the benefit of the living rooms. We'll be back.

Superb stay in a peaceful and relaxing setting! In addition, Eric is a welcoming, discreet and accommodating host. We would highly recommend it.

Pleasant stay in a quiet environment. The hosts welcomed me physically and were welcoming and accommodating. The quiet environment allows you to sleep with the windows open (it is recommended to ventilate because it is a wet climate). To my pleasant surprise, small shops (including grocery stores) are 12 minutes walk away (you have to be a sporty minimum because it's hilly: it goes down to go there and so it goes up to come back). Likewise a nature path within walking distance on either side of the hill (along the sea). The sea is also on each side of the hill. You can swim there but it is not recommended (vase, little depth and risk of shark). If you have a car, this will allow you to access + safe beaches like Noure or the Koutio pool.

Excellent quiet stay in a charming little corner of Noumea. The accommodation is very convenient and there are plenty of amenities. We'll be back with pleasure at Genevieve

Very nice surprise and delighted with our stay at Margaux's. Her colonial home was superb, the garden beautiful, and the “Olympic” pool! The place is very peaceful and at the same time we are 2 minutes walk from a supermarket and 2 minutes by car from downtown: really everything to please. The kids loved it. We will most certainly come back to this villa where we immediately felt comfortable.

2nd stay at Florent's and still as satisfied! Well equipped and very conveniently located accommodation, spacious and well decorated. Very attractive price! We'll be back again!

Loved my stay at Line and Pascal's! Very responsive and welcoming hosts. The apartment, well equipped and perfectly arranged, is in a peaceful and secure setting! Private parking inside the residence is a real plus! Highly recommend... and most importantly, I'll be back with pleasure!

Very well equipped studio. Everything was as described in the listing (photos, amenities, etc.). Quiet. Stéphanie was very welcoming and available. Well-located studio, 5 minutes from the commercial area and 10 minutes from downtown. Airbnb to keep in mind.

5 stars for Noella's place, on a quiet street but close to shops and restaurants, our one month stay could not have been better! The fiber optic super fast internet was just what we needed for work online, and Noella was at hand for anything we needed. We would return for another month any time.

great stay at Serge's place. The apartment is very nice in a friendly residence and very well located, close to all the activities of Noumea, market, cinema, supermarket... Everything is within walking distance. Serge is adorable, very responsive and very accommodating on check-in and check-out times which is very nice after or before a flight. We enjoyed our stay at Rachel's apartment and loved the area. The apartment has all the basics and was comfortable and clean. The location was great, with easy walking access to groceries, shops, restaurants and a beautiful beach. We would definitely book again on our next visit!

We had a great two day stay at Marie's apartment. The accommodation is clean, well-appointed, quiet and conveniently located, close to beaches and shops. Elisabeth's accommodation is just perfect for short or long stays. The view from the terrace where you can eat is just breathtaking. Elisabeth is a lovely, helpful, caring and available host. I therefore recommend this linen very well located in the Sainte Marie neighborhood, a safe and family neighborhood with its ideal park for walks.

Amazing views, especially sunsets! We just enjoyed relaxing with a breeze through the suite, but also enjoyed the many nearby restaurants and shoreline walks. This was one of our many AirBnB stays over the years!!

10-day stay in Noumea in this home. Excellent time. Charming garden. Feeling safe. Quiet. Impeccable air conditioning. Well-equipped kitchen with appliances and "small food" (salt, pepper, nescafé...). With a bottle of fresh water in the fridge upon arrival, I would have given a sixth star! 😅
