On a farm set in 13 acres and 500 m from the nearest road, you will savour the tranquillity yet it's a 10 to 15 min drive to St Andrews and an hour from Edinburgh Airport. A car is required.

Ground floor cosy self catering flat in the beautiful fishing village of St Monans. There is a wood burning stove, a well equipped kitchen with washing machine ,fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven. The bathroom has a deep bath with an over bath shower and to keep your feet cosy under floor heating and a heated towel rail. The Secret Orchard is a self-contained apartment. Matt (your host) lives above. Built around 1685 it has many historic features. It has been home to three famous artists from 1848 to 1920. It sits within a large walled garden which has an orchard, cute hens, two ponds, a large trampoline and a sun-trap patio. Two minutes from the Fife Coastal Path and beach and a large park to cycle around. Dysart Harbour featured on Outlander and is very historic.
