Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

The house gives you the opportunity to experience historical places and luxury at the same time. The distance between the house and the airport is 14 km. From the airport to the house, you can take a taxi, tram and VIP transfer.

The house is open-plan living area with a single bed, an eating area and kitchenette, with a separate bedroom a double bed and bathroom. The house is fully equipped, bedding and towels are provided. Sit on the deck and enjoy the view while listening to the sound of nature and the river flowing beside you. Have a nice time :)
