It was a really pleasant stay. Apartment looks exactly like on the photos. Pretty good location. 10-15 min to the sea side. Apartment had everything necessary for living. In good condition. Host was very nice and gave us clear instructions how to use facilities, responded quickly if we had any questions.

Osman is very responsive and serious. He had prepared a crib for us and a high chair. The apartment is located in a gated residence, and the neighbors are very friendly. It takes about 10 minutes to get to Kaleiçi. What is particularly appreciated with this location is the presence of a traditional market just behind, on the left of the apartment. Unfortunately, I didn't find out until the last day. It has fresh vegetables, fish, and fruit . Everything is great, thank you

Everything is great, but only the internet is bad

Spacious two-bedroom apartment, well-suited for long-term stays. Fully equipped with everything needed: washing machine, dishwasher, plenty of storage space, and a functional kitchen. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. Shops and cafes are nearby, with convenient transport links to the city center. The host was always available and responded quickly to any questions or requests. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

I stayed at Ugurs apartment with family. The apartment seems to be new as everything inside the apartment is new. Even furnitures and towels smelt new which was really great. It was very clear and comfortable. We had everything we needed, the staff even brought us a bed for a baby and additional bed items. Ugur was very responsive and was always eager to help. We really liked our stay there. I would not say the location is cozy but Old Town and Hadrian Gate are in 15 mins walk from the apartment. We went there everyday. Overall we liked a lot our stay there.

The layout and design allowed me to have a wonderful holiday. Maintenance was performed for pool cleaning every other day. We didn't even want to leave the house and go for a walk. It has been designed with privacy in mind. Kitchenware is selected as first class. All our needs were met by thinking of us. Thank you, Mutlu.

We had a magnificent 1 week thanks to the private beach and pool. A great house that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It was clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from Kas center, the location was very good. Thank you to Mr. Hasan and Mr. Timuçin for their prompt communication.

We had an amazing 5-night stay at Osman's place. There's a lot to visit around, within 20-30 mins by car. The nearest beach is 10 mins ride away. The big MM Migros is just 5 mins ride away, in the centre of Kumluca. The villa is very big, surrounded by beautiful orange trees, very private and relaxing. Definitely a 5-star recommendation!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The location is absolutely beautiful — surrounded by olive trees, with a stunning view of the sea. It’s incredibly peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family. At night, you can see so many stars — it’s magical. Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

everything was as shown in the photo. The host was very interested. We loved that there was something to eat at home. We had a smooth communication. We had a very pleasant holiday. The only problem is that there are no mosquito nets in the house.

The host and his wife were very nice people and they were very helpful in matter of fact they took us with their car and get us stuffthey felt like family, the house was super clean everything was on point and the place is great just like the photos yet more beautiful, the pool perfect and was 100% private and definitely we are planing to go back again

Our stay was so pleasant, we wanted to cry when it was time to go. My children even made me promise to bring them back. We felt like locals and met many wonderful people. Waking up and seeing the sea and walking and seeing the mountains was just dreamy. After traveling all over the world, Alanya is hands down the most beautiful. We settled so quickly into the clean, homey surroundings and had everything we needed to make meals for our family. I will miss it so much! Thanks for EVERYTHING Simona and Mustafa!

Stella was an extremely warm and helpful hostess! The apartment absolutely matched the description and we felt very comfortable. Especially breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pool was fantastic. Right around the corner are supermarkets and a parking space for our rental car was also available. Stella also gave us tips for activities and restaurants. We were completely satisfied. Thank you, dear Stella!

Truly a very beautiful apartment, made in a modern design, expensive appliances and furniture , everything is thought out to the smallest detail. A variety of built-in home appliances , such as a dishwasher , are pleasant to the accommodation. The most gorgeous view from the window, everything you need is within a walking distance. Separately, I would like to note how quickly the host responds to requests and questions.
