It is a single building. A deposit is collected from the guest at check-in (up to 10% of the rental fee) for electricity and water usage. The remainder of the deposit will be paid to the guest at check-out. 5 kWh electricity is 1 Euro. 1 ton of water is 1 Euro. Curtains and blinds are used instead of shutters. In accordance with Turkish Law, identity and passport information is requested at check-in for registration. A cleaning fee of 5000 TL is requested for 1 night purchases. You can book a minimum of 2 nights.
