Definitely one of the prettiest listings I’ve stayed! It is well designed and carefully decorated. Unit has everything I needed for a short stay. Also to Dan, very friendly and responsive, any time of the day! Truly enjoyed my stay, and would have wanted to stay longer. Will truly recommend this place to family and friends visiting the area. 💕

This is so far our fam’s favorite place to book! What we really love here is that the unit has a lot of beds to sleep whereas each one of us can occupy our own sleeping spot. It was a perfect place to book especially on summer due to the 2 airconditioned units inside the room and the establishment has multiple pools you can swim. Overall it was a great experience and we’re looking forward again to book this bnb in the near future. Thanks host for providing such a great service!

We generally had a pleasant 2-day stay. The place is a compact space, similar to a typical apartment, and is ideal for an overnight stay. Its location is convenient and easily accessible by tricycle. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, with clear instructions provided in advance. The host was proactive and responsive. When we pointed out some missing items based on the listing photos, they promptly provided a speaker and additional toiletries. We also shared a concern about the TV sound, which was a bit muffled, but this was immediately resolved when they offered a speaker. We appreciate their effort to address our concerns, though we recommend updating the listing to reflect what’s currently available, as this can influence guests’ booking decisions. The host also offered us the option to cancel the booking if expectations weren’t met. However, we didn’t ask for this and simply wanted to rest after a long trip, so it felt a bit unnecessary. Nice place. Very clean and spacious. Love the sunset view in the balcony. Nice pool. My niece loved it and doesn’t want to go home. The air conditioning is perfect and the tv is big. My girlfriend and I have tried multiple bnbs and this one really stood out in terms of price and space. Kitchen are complete for cooking, albeit small, it served its function well. Beddings are fresh and we were provided with multiple pillows, clean sheets and linens. Gin also allowed our request for early check-in without any additional charges. Arleen&Anne are excellent hosts. They make you feel welcomed and take the time to meet you and explain everything in person. Their attention to detail is commendable. Their place is very clean and comfortable, and has everything you need and more. We also love that it smells so good. It is also convenient with the Venice mall within 2 minutes of walking and the Uptown Mall, Mitsukoshi Mall, Landers, etc. just a short Grab ride away. We recommend their place and would come back when we are in the area again.

So I had pretty much established a pattern of staying at Savoy when I come to MNL, I always got the extra large suite that had a great view. Well, that pattern is officially broken. This place is everything that that suite was and more! It's bigger, it's nicer, and it has a great view. I mean, honestly, this is a luxury apartment, and unlike some, I don't use the word 'luxury' lightly. The bathroom is huge and everything in the apartment is super nice and comfortable. There's several places to eat easily in walking distance and if you're into night life, there's some bars nearby. It's not far from the airport, but once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're a million miles away; the neighborhood is good and generally peaceful, but it is a lively area, so expect a little bit of noise sometimes. Still, once you're in the apartment, it feels like you're far away from much of the hustle and bustle of MNL. I will absolutely be back, because this is my new MNL/Makati spot for sure!

The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!
