Alec and Anna were exceptionally gracious hosts and provided much insight to the area and things to do. They treated me like family. My experience was amazing in every way.

Terrific stay at Kitrina’s place. The unit is spacious and ideal for a single traveler or couple. Perfect location steps away from the beach and with a grocery store across the street. Kitrina is a wonderful host and provided everything we needed for a peaceful stay. Will definitely return again as soon as possible. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay on the water with a great view of the river. The unit was spotless and couldn't be faulted. There is an omission from the website as the unit does come with a washer AND dryer (not always easy to find) which we found fantastic having spent time elsewhere beforehand. Both Bronwyn and Kathie were great to talk to and informative on the area and things to do. Definitely recommend our unit (B) which was was upstairs.

Exactly as described, even with the road side parking it was great to be greeted by such a friendly dog and the place was quiet and relaxing. Perfect place to call base while in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at Jared's place! The apartment was exactly as pictured — down to the octopus plushie. Immaculately clean, modern, and stylish. Great place to stay if you're travelling for work or for families with young children. I adored all of the local artwork throughout the home and how Jared included links to each of the artists. The location was central yet away from any busy roads, so was very peaceful. Jared was a great host, always responsive and provided thoughtful touches like a welcome snack. I took advantage of the free streaming services and had a lovely night in. Will be saving this place for my future trips to Tauranga. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at Signal Ridge. The view over the mountains was just gorgeous. The inside of the home was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a simple dinner. The breakfast food items that were provided were so great too. Communication was fantastic. Would highly recommend, especially if you are planning a hobbiton visit the next morning, as it is only a 2 min drive away.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Jane's place. Set in a very peaceful location. A short walk to the shopping centre and a short drive to the Mount. Easy check-in. Instructions were detailed and easy to follow. A very comfortable home. Would recommend.

It was a amazing house what I live from Airbin. The house is very clean with excellent design. It was very good for a family for holiday. And the host is very helpful and friendly.

So loved staying here it is so peaceful yet so close to the Mall with everything you need. The house has everything you need for a great stay. Caroline is amazing and takes great care of you, so quick to respond. Even though this place is on the same property as the owner it is private and quiet. Amy’s place was absolutely amazing! My twi friends and I stayed for a long weekend as we were competing in a crossfit competition ober Matariki weekend in the Mount. Amy’s place was everything we expected and more! It was in a nice quiet neighbourhood with an awesome restaurant just down the road. Being winter time it was super warm and cozy. Every bedroom had it’s own heatpump. We also found some foldout beach chairs and a picnic rug which we used to take to our competition to relax on in between our events. The kitchen was well equipped with all the things including a cute little snack jar. The place was so clean and tidy and we loved all the decor and details it made us feel really at home and was a great place to relax. We would recommend Amy’s place to anyone travelling to Papamoa, Tauranga or the Mount. We would love to stay again in the summer time and go to the beach so I will have to bring my whānau one day. Thanks Amy, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was perfect. Good underground parking. Close to the venue we were attending. Just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Very quiet. Arihia and Char were excellent hosts.

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.
