Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Apache County

We have stayed at Jill's properties a few times and she is always a great host! She communicates well and always responds promptly! The properties are very nicely appointed and have everything you need for an enjoyable stay! We will certainly stay with Jill again!

We stay here every year for a family reunion and the host is very responsive to our needs and endeavors to make our experience the best possible. We intend to keep coming back as the property is so perfect.

Wendy's place was so beautiful and peaceful. We loved the location. The house was so clean and had everything you need to cook a great meal and enjoy a family gather. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

We will be back! Ray was so kind and such a great host! All the staff was extremely responsive to our needs. The hot tub was our favorite part! Well cared for cabins and grounds and we definitely enjoyed the trail access right there in the backyard! Beautiful, cozy, quaint and just what we were looking for!

Alexander's place was absolutely perfect. I loved how responsive he was to all my questions and how he helped us when suggestions were needed right away for somewhere to take the kids to play. The home was beautiful, clean and cozy I could lay around and relax all day if I wanted to. I loved the park across the street for the kids. So many stores and restaurants near by for last minute items. As we drove off my 6 year old son said he wants to come back to this house when it snows again, and I couldn't agree more. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay, you won't regret it. I can't wait to go back.

Kathy was great, very friendly and responsive. Check in was a breeze and the home was amazing. Everything you need for a trip away from home. Peace and quiet was the goal and from start to end Kathy did not disappoint! Would absolutely recommend the property and any others Kathy is associated with!!!

We loved staying there, just parking was limited. We had my vehicle and my husbands. We were unloading and wasnt quite sure where to park extra vehicle. During our unloading, within 30 min. of arrival, one of neighbors left an nasty note on my husbands truck. To have it removed or it would be towed. We were not trying to take their parking spot. We had to park on back side of bulilding. Which was fine. Just need to have neighbors learn a little patience. Besides that, we really enjoyed the home.

We returned to Barbara's place on our honeymoon after staying here four years ago and loving it! Our second stay was just as nice and we loved the spaciousness of the loft, visiting the farm animals, and seeing the starry sky from our private deck.

This place was absolutely lovely and felt much bigger than it looked in the photos. Excellent base for exploring: 15 minutes from restaurants in town and about 45 minutes from hiking in Greer. Spotlessly clean. It’s in a neighborhood but was very quiet and the view from the living room makes it look like you’re alone in the woods.

This place was well-located, clean, and comfortable. Very clean and all the amenities you could need. The grounds were beautiful and the directions to the place were easy. Great place - highly recommend!

Was a great time with our friends and family! We had a problem with the fridge not cooling when we first got there, and they were very responsive and sent someone to look at it as quickly as possible. Location was amazing. The lake was beautiful and within walking distance. There was horse shoes, fire pits, canoes, chairs, and other amenities to keep us occupied. Check in and out was a breeze. We will definitely be staying here again.

We enjoyed the condo as it was comfortable and just what we were looking for. Although it was just the two of us it would be ideal for a family of four or two couples.

We’ve stayed here many times and are never disappointed! Best unit due to location on the golf course. Extremely private. Was nice that the clubhouse is a few steps away and the restaurant was open!

This was perfect for an anniversary get away! Perfect location, so close to town. The amenities at the resort were perfect for us. The Staff was so friendly, and the price! I can’t get over how much we got for such a great rate! We will be back.

The location of this place is nice, free of car noise, very nice, after all very clean.

We always enjoy staying in this part of Pinetop for easy access to Sunrise. Condo was just what we needed- super clean, cozy, matched the description and found it easily. Added bonus is that many condos or cabins in Pinetop will advertise their fireplace, but once booked, you learn you can’t use it. We were allowed to use the fireplace, which made for a cozy evening after being on the slopes all day!
