Spacious, very airy apartment, located in a building from the 1970s, quiet and calm, located a 14-minute walk to the new Basilica, next to a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a 3-story building, with no elevator. Not recommended for people with mobility issues. Large living room with balcony, beautiful view of Serra da Mantiqueira. Excellent for rest, after doing the entire religious circuit of the New and Old Basilica on foot There is NO garage
