It offers a sauna, jacuzzi, hot tub, outdoor wood-burning bathtub, outdoor shower, children's playground, parking and wi-fi. The house has 2 bedrooms,a bathroom, and an extra toilet. Beautiful rustic fully modernised 1 bedroom house with the most incredible views and huge terrace with hot tub, outdoor shower and grill. Perfect, private, idyllic and romantic. Fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and central heating. House consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and living space with a sofa bed on upper floor with a spiral staircase taking you to a hallway, double bedroom and shower room. Terraces on both levels. Huge garden with fruit trees and an amazing private terrace.

The house is exclusively available to guests, with the exception of a room, which can be used upon request. The rural house is located on a plot of 3 hectares, a short walk from the rural sanctuary of San Mauro and about 400 meters from the archaeological park of "Biru e concas" with the famous menhirs of 3,300 ac. The location, rich in meadows, woods and vineyards, is ideal for enjoying nature and archaeology, also with guided tours, traditional cuisine accompanied by excellent local wines.

My accommodation is less than 1 km from the center of Forio, from the public transport that connects Forio with all the other municipalities. The nearest beaches are Cava dell'Isola, Citara where the Poseidon thermal park is also located, and Chiaia. 100 meters away, there is a kiosk with a path down to the sea for breakfast, lunch, and amazing sunset aperitifs! The village is well served, with shops, supermarkets, a fish market, bars, pubs and restaurants! Ideal for a couple's stay!
