The accommodation exceeded our expectations. There were 4 of us and a cat😺. We were all very comfortable, the space is quite spacious, with all the amenities you need. The location is in a quiet area of the subdivision, a little far from the main parking lot, although in reality everything is close. Communication with the host was very fast and cordial, she was always attentive to our questions. I would definitely stay here again

The place is spacious, with plenty of natural light during the day and at night the place is very bright, honoring its name "Villa Iluminada". The place has ceiling fans that help keep the place cool, a very important detail for us. The cleanliness of the place is good, with some small details in the bathrooms and it would be perfect. Don Ramón was always attentive and helpful in everything we needed. The location of the place was a bit difficult to find because it does not appear exactly on Google Maps or when using GPS. To find the place, we had to stop and ask the people who live in the area. We can definitely recommend this place and I would also stay there again with my family.

We had a great visit. The condo was spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Linens were clean. We had a toddler with us and they were able to provide a Pack n Play. There’s a delicious restaurant, Fannu, which was a 4 min walk. They even had a high chair for our toddler. There’s a beautiful park right across the street, great for walking and exercising. Our only issue was the check in. Google Maps took us to another entrance which was not correct. The host was responsive and helpful.

The area where it is located is quiet, the house is very clean and we loved the pool. You feel at home.

The apartment is highly recommended. Excellent cleanliness, the building is easily accessible and with many amenities, the location is also perfect, you have restaurants, supermarket and shops at which you can walk. Very comfortable beds and excellent communication with the Host.

I stayed in Joaquin's apartment for a week to attend some of my son's competitions very close by, it was just my husband and me. The apartment is as shown in the photos, it is very clean, with everything you need to cook and have a good stay. We struggled to give, because the location sends you somewhere else, but it was solved. My only comment is that during the week we were there, we took many taxis and most of them told us that it is a very dangerous area. My son's competitions sometimes end late and the taxi drivers did not want to take us after 10:00 pm... although personally we did not have any problems because we followed the instructions not to walk alone there... just so you know. although we had a very good location due to the proximity of the place where we were going... I repeat, without any inconvenience all week.

As always, the house los capulines is wonderful. We discovered this place just a year ago and have visited at least 3 times, and it gets better every time! Our favorite place to be with our dogs, the place is completely fenced, very comfortable, impeccable, Douglas is super attentive and kind, not to mention Claudia, excellent service, wonderful! We'll be back soon!
