Sunnyside is located just off the Great Ocean Road approximately 15 minutes from Apollo Bay. A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. The property has over 10 acres to explore; an olive grove, an orchard, a mature oak forest and stunning walkways combining both pasture and native surroundings. You may even be lucky enough to meet our resident Koala! A one-of-a-kind experience awaits.

If you’re looking for a private and peaceful getaway, nestled among the rolling hills, whilst being just 3.5km from the township of Apollo Bay, welcome to Barham Hill Retreat. Guests can explore the 40 acre conservation property walking along well-established tracks which winds through the property viewing the magnificent manna gums and stringybarks of the Otway foothills. I have always loved being beside the beach and you will to. My place is great for families , even 2 families. It has fantastic views of the beach and you can see the waves crashing on to the sand from the lounge/dining area.There is a smart TV which has Netflix and movies and fast WiFi. There is a king bed upstairs with an ensuite, 2 queen beds and 2 single beds downstairs and another lounge area with a second TV. Air-con and heating upstairs and down
