Es ist eine helle Wohnung mit viel Licht und Sonne, zwei Etagen und einer Terrasse mit Blick auf Wiesen, Wald und Bodensee. Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen Strasse (Sackgasse). Hier können Kinder sich draussen richtig austoben. Die Ferienwohnung eignet sich besonders für Familien, Paare und Menschen, die Natur, Ruhe und Sport lieben. Wir Vermieter wohnen nebenan.

You will stay right in the center of Appenzell, a few meters from the traditional Landsgemeindeplatz. Despite the central location, it is quiet without traffic noise, surrounded by idyllic garden restaurants, numerous shops, historic buildings and museums. The 1.5 room apartment offers a combined living and sleeping room, well-equipped kitchen, shower and toilet and a sunny garden terrace, which belongs to the apartment, a separate independent entrance.

Our 300-year-old Appenzeller house is cozy and practically furnished. Behind it lies a cozy garden and yet it is right in the center of the small town, not far from various shops such as bakery, drugstore, etc. Depending on the number of guests, the two apartments are rented separately or all together: For fewer than 5 guests, only the upper apartment is prepared, and it may be that during this time the lower one is used by other guests!
