The property is on Appenzellerstrasse, which leads from Gais to Appenzell. The house is bright and offers on the ground floor and 1st floor plenty of space for 3-4 people. It is a patrician house, ceilings are higher (2.20 m) than typical Appenzell houses. The kitchen is fully equipped. 2 high chairs for children/baby cots available. Dogs are welcome. Hiking trails start as soon as you cross the road. Important: A separate ad is also placed on Airbnb to rent the whole house (8 people).

Welcome to the idyllic municipality of Lutzenberg in the hilly Appenzellerland. The small former Wöschhüsli with barrel sauna is surrounded by green meadows and trees. The cozy cottage impresses with lots of charm and comfort. Another highlight in addition to the sauna is the stream that flows through the property and gives the whole a relaxed atmosphere. Whether peace seekers, nature lovers or those interested in culture – everyone will find their retreat here.

Welcome to Appenzellerland, in the valley of the Silvesterchläuse, in Urnäsch, an old house with a separate entrance, a nice place to sit, directly on the Urnäsch (stream) and the Postbus stop towards Schwägalp, the duplex apartment was renovated in the 1970s, with a small kitchen and a spacious living room to linger in, simple, quiet and cozy and good to know, in the other part of the house (private entrance) my parents live, but this does not affect you.

The breathtaking view over the Alpstein, hills and the countryside also invites you to hike, exercise and walk. Also for winter sports holidays with snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or sledding. With us you can escape everyday life and get a taste of country life. You are also welcome to get an insight into our farm, not far from the vacation home. Fresh milk directly from the cow and eggs from our chickens can be purchased from us.

Anita's country experience is a nice cozy farmhouse, perfect for families. This sunny farmhouse is located a little off the beaten track in a quiet environment! Just a few minutes' drive to Lake Constance, St. Gallen and Heiden! Restaurants and shops are nearby! A hiking trail is very close! You can walk to the famous Gasthaus Gupf! Anitas Landerlebnis is located on a sunny hill, with beautiful open views of the Appenzellerland!
