Peace, quiet and gorgeous surroundings sums up our stay. The swimming pool was perfect after a hot day and we could walk to a small cafe through the vineyards for early coffee. Also in walking distance shops providing all our needs and fresh fruit and vegetables locally grown with a really good cafe for lunches. Lars and Sam were perfect hosts and made us feel very much at home.

A beautiful home and garden. We loved having our family holiday in Caroline's, we felt very comfortable there. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Swim, Sun, Sleep, Repeat! The house was immaculate but also very homely. The location was in a quiet suburb of Nelson but backed onto open countryside ideal for walking out .The Sprig & Fern pub had just opened only 10 minutes walk away which was very handy when we wanted somewhere local to eat. It was a great location overall as Abel Tasman Park was only an hour away and there was plenty to visitmore locally . We loved the layout of the house with all three bedrooms at the back of the house. We understand music room could also be used as a fourth bedroom but this would need arranging ahead. The lovely upstairs lounge has an amazing view in the morning sunshine. The kitchen was very well equipped ( although we couldn’t find any kitchen scissors) We loved the modern appliances especially double dishwasher. Great pool and hot tub s. Equally the family left a great selection of games .We would love to stay again if we were ever back in New Zealand - an amazing home

On arrival the bach was unfortunately not ready for us, but this was due to an oversight by the cleaner, not Emma. Emma was super quick to respond and very apologetic when we messaged about it and couldn't have been more prompt in getting things resolved which we really appreciated. After this initial blip we loved our four night stay here. The bach feels like the best of both worlds - an old family bach and the charm that comes with that, made even better with significant modernising updates like the massive glass doors, and all the other mod cons and extras (big fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer, heatpump/AC, Chromecast, etc). It is off the beaten track and feels so peaceful and private. Being so close to the sea is a real treat. We would love to come back some time in the warmer months so we can make the most of the amazing outdoor areas and pool! (just a bit too chilly for us softies to swim in it at this time of year... we did love the outdoor fireplace though!). :)

A lovely, warm and sunny place to stay. Ideal for us as we needed to be close to the hospital, otherwise it was just a short stroll to town or drive to the beach. Caroline & Gareth were amazing hosts.

I stayed here for 6 weeks and it was a perfect place with everything you could need. The sunroom was really nice just to sit out in. I didn’t have a car but I found the area quite walkable (20 mins to the shop, 40 to the town centre). Chris and Lily were very welcoming and I would recommend staying here!

Amazing news Nelson in a very comfortable house. The kitchen was super well appointed, and there was even a nice view from the kitchen sink. plenty of parking, both outdoors and in a garage. Walkable to the waterfront if you can handle a deep hill. Just a few minutes drive central Nelson.

This is our second stay, and it was just as great as the first. Such a relaxing and clean environment.

We had a lovely couple of days here in this lovely place. Two minutes walk to shops and restaurants, private beach access yet completely quiet. Very well equipped kitchen. Amanda is lovely and helpful. We felt right at home. Will definitely return for a longer stay.

We loved our stay at this house as it was clean and warm and able to accommodate our family while visiting Nelson for a Funeral. Close enough to everything we needed, the airport , shops and such beautiful city. Sandra was very clear in her instructions of entering the home and where everything was. Highly recommend her lovely home.

A friendly welcome, magnificent views and a beautifully appointed home. The walking track at the back gate a real bonus. All the luxuries without feeling nervous, truly comfortable all round. We loved our stay at the house, it was a beautiful and serene home base for us to explore the Tasman area and John was an excellent and responsive host.

Helen Margaret had a lovely home. It was very spacious and well furnished. Kitchen had all the appliances and tools needed to have some home cooked meals. We enjoyed coming home each evening to just relax after a day of adventure. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

We loved our stay of 3 nights here, we were wanting somewhere a little out of town with peace and quiet and that’s exactly what we got. However only took us 12 mins drive to get into Motueka. Beautiful setting with lots of trees around but still nice and sunny. The house was immaculate inside and hosts had thought of and provided everything you could need. Especially loved that they allowed us to take our 2 dogs with us. Thanks so much! Can not fault a single thing, and would love to return next time we are back in Tasman area.

We had English relatives with us and a 2 year old and everyone was impressed. Nessie loved all the toys and we forgot the pram but there was a buggy for us to use!

Sarah is an amazing host, very friendly and helpful, she even let us borrow her car! The garden and the house were so lovely and comfortable, we felt right at home! We especially enjoyed living with Grover the cat, and using all the amenities! Nelson is such lovely, peaceful place, with everything you need. We had such an excellent stay!

Loved our stay, very relaxing and comfortable. Friendly neighbour's and a lovely kitchen, appreciated having some spices to add to our meal. Recommend walking or driving up Harris Hill just across the road. Beautiful views. Thankyou Murray 😁 😁

Very comfortable home. Everything we needed. Driveway access was a bit tight for our cars.
