Agrusti. La suite nasce da ambienti di servizio storicamente legati all’acqua e al ristoro di pellegrini e abitanti del luogo diretti ai Santi Medici Cosma e Damiano, e presenta soffitto piano, una parete in pietra calcarea, affaccio sul giardino interno del Chiostro e finestre sui trulli.
