Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Aquidneck Island

The house was perfect for our family. It was the cleanest AirBnB I have ever stayed at! The kitchen was well stocked of plates, utensils, and pot and pans for cooking meals, which really matters when renting an AirBnB with a kitchen. And there were ample amount of bath towels! It was also very comfortable to relax in after a long day. The driveway was a big bonus, as there is limited and rather expensive parking in town and permit only parking on most neighborhood streets in newport, RI. The neighborhood was very quaint and quiet, and was a minute walk to the center of town. This AirBnB really stands out for location, price and quality. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Alan & Alexis’ place was lovely. Exactly like the pictures and so many amenities like coffee machine, baby cribs, high chair, toys and was well stocked with coffee, paper towel, toilet paper, dishwashing tablets etc to make your stay just like st home. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. The location was great and very quiet looking over the ocean. The house was very clean. Would definitely return! Highly recommend

We had the best long weekend here! Our dog had a blast in the fenced in yard and out front. Walks along the water were beautiful. The road was a little busy, but cars went slow. You could easily walk to the beach and to a few restaurants. We went to a couple other beaches and restaurants that were all within 15 minutes drive. The house was clean. There were so many clean towels, bedsheets were nice, beds were a little noisy to roll over in, but very comfy. Tom was very accommodating and checked in on us throughout our stay. We would stay here again.!

What can I say! Perfect experience, soup to nuts. Jenny was gracious and thoughtful. We have stayed on the island once before and we didn't quite realize how cumbersome it might be to get more supplies once we were there last summer. If you stay at Jenny's place-- she's got you covered. Forget your shampoo -- not to worry! I've never stayed in a home where the host so generously shared the little things. Fantastic place for kids. Comfy! Games! Views! I went over my budget in booking this place and it was worth every penny. The golf cart!! The beach chairs! Soft beds. CLEAN. Loved the kitchen. If you choose Jenny's place, you can leave your worries behind and just show up. I mean-- bring your supplies for sure-- but you don't have to carry the board games on your back and the bottled water. She's got you SET UP!! Enjoy.

A beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. I loved hearing the birds sing in the morning! Lots to do within the home, and very short ride to the city. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a home vibe! Also, lots of art on display and plenty of books to read. Thank you for the hospitality!

AMAZING! Comfortable stay for our group. House was in pristine condition! Host remained in communication the whole time making sure check in process went in smoothly. Definitely worth the stay!

John was very responsive and cooperative. The location of John’s home is in a serene and amazing location; on a quiet cove that at overlooks Narragansett Bay.

This rental looked exactly like the pictures. The wine and bags of ice were very nice touches. The only thing that could have been better were some extra linens/towels. We stayed for 2 nights but we used this as a bridal suite while getting ready and ran out of towels quickly. Thankfully there was a washer and dryer for towels. It looks like they are slowly doing some updates so I’m sure it will look even more amazing when we come back. Can’t wait! Loved your home away from home.

My husband and I had a lovely stay in this listing over Memorial Day weekend. The home itself and particularly the view were even more beautiful than pictured. Elena is a fantastic host - flexible, accommodating, and always quick to respond to any request. The adorable town of Warren, which is a few minutes drive away, boasts countless restaurants, bars, art galleries, boutiques, and more. I could not more highly recommend this home for couples, families, or groups of friends looking for a fantastic waterfront getaway.

I came here for my bachelorette and we all loved it here! It was so cute and the yard is beautiful. Megan was beyond lovely! let us check in early and leave later if we wanted. I would definitely come back here in the future. also only a 10 minute walk down to go look at the ocean! highly recommend :)

Steve's place was amazing. The carriage house was gorgeous, comfortable, and a wonderful space for our long weekend! We were just a close drive to Providence, where we needed to be most of the weekend. I would stay there again!

This place was beautiful! The kitchen was spacious and accommodated our larger group nicely. Hosts left clear instructions and proactively checked in. They were even nice enough to open their pool a little earlier so we could enjoy it. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning a girls’ weekend. Bedrooms were comfy, and everyone in my group had a lovely time. Thank you!

Fabulous property, lots of peace and quiet in a pastoral setting. Being able to interact with the horses and cows was the highlight of our stay! The pool was clean and so nice and refreshing, perfect for taking a dip after a day of sightseeing in the area. Lots of coffee shops and ice cream shops nearby, something for everyone in the family! The host was very communicative and helpful. A 10/10 experience and we definitely would return!

We choose Kim’s house to be close to URI for graduation and so that our whole family could be together. It was a short ride to URI and the wonderful restaurants in Narragansett. Kim was very proactive communicating with us leading up to the rental, offering local recommendations. The house was wonderful in a quiet neighborhood. Inside was spacious and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms had all the supplies needed. Kim even brought us RI Guys donuts (very good) and some wine to celebrate graduation. The backyard deck and pool looked great even though it was a little chilly for us to enjoy. Great place to choose for families staying in the area.

Kyle & Cindy were great hosts! Both communicated clearly about check-in even allowing an early check-in since we were coming from different locations with different arrival times. It was wonderful being able to spend quality time with my family.

As a first time Airbnb guest, I'm very satisfied with a week stay at the Nest! Luke's accessibility for requests were timely; needing an extra blanket and directions to nearest food market. Luke provided places of interest that made the most of beauty outdoors. The physical loft space is amenable, quiet, clean and cozy; the skylights a definitive plus for light even on rainy days. An added desk makes a terrific workspace near windows with a view of green and sky. The extensive back yard has lounge chairs with enough tree shade and open sky for gazing. Luke's extensive yard stone work is both whimsical and artistically wonderful. A terrific stay and I've already recommended to friends.

The cottage is located on the same property as three other rentals, a large house and two smaller once. Depending on how many of them are occupied, privacy can vary. During our stay the two smaller homes were rented as well. Unfortunately the backyard is not completely fenced, but there was on piece of fence that allowed us to block the one open spot, so our dogs didn’t run away. The cottage is big enough for two adults. The bathroom is fairly small, but is enough for a short stay. The living room and the kitchen are adjacent and are nice for cooking or spending time when you are not discovering Newport and the surrounding area. The location is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet spot after a long day of discovering Rhode Island, Martha Vineyard, Block Island and many other beautiful places.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. Our hosts were very nice and Jenifer was extremely accommodating. The space was very comfortable , clean, and the kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. The area is very walkable with many great restaurants, bars, and an awesome coffee shop very close by. Parking was perfect and a huge plus was the ability to take our boat also!!

Our host thought of everything, right down to the umbrella that we hoped we would not need but did. The bed and linens were delightful and the space was immaculate. Our best surprise was finding out how close everything was. The heated bathroom floors were another fun surprise. Thank you for making our first trip to Rhode Island that much more enjoyable!

My family and I really enjoyed Taiji’s place. It was exactly as was described andTaiji took the time to be very communicative with me before and during our stay. I would definitely stay again!

The Sea Glass Cottage was clean, had amazing views, organized, had everything we needed, and was located on what appeared to be the best part of the island. It was one of the few places where the home patio facing the water without a street obstruction. The decoration and amenities were in perfect condition, and decor was so cute and cozy. It was clearly thought through by a home decor professional. Great place for a couples getaway...coffee on the patio at sunrise, walks around historic farms and nature reserves, crabbing at the dedicated beach to the home and sunset walks on the sandy beach just a short drive away. Emily was so responsive to our questions especially since this was our first time to Air B&B...may have been too numerous. She was a delightful host.

If you are looking for a place to stay in the Newport area do not hesitate to book Frances’s home!!! Out of all of the airbnbs I have stayed in over the years this has hands down been my favorite of them all. The location alone is perfect with everything being within a 5-10 minute car ride. The area is super cute and very walkable if you don’t want to drive. You can walk to a local coffee shop in 3 minutes and we even walked to the downtown Newport area with no problem. The house and yard is also very dog friendly and private as it is fenced in :) Frances was the most generous host as well leaving us a gift card to enjoy our anniversary dinner, 2 cakes in the fridge, a giant dog treat for our dog, a bunch of snacks and a card with a free coffee token for the local coffee shop. Wish we could give her more than 5 stars!! Her home was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed and more! Will definitely be coming back to stay at Frances’ home in the future.
