The apartment is great, at this time of year it is totally in the shade. It was well organized and clean. It was easy to find and enter the condominium, with all the guidance from Michele, who was super nice and very flexible with the check-in and check-out times. The beds are very comfortable. My family and I will definitely be back! Improvement points: sink squeegee to remove water after washing dishes and provision of more dish towels and floor cloths for cleaning.

Apt for the family. I went with my husband and 2 children, accommodated them all well. Well equipped kitchen, enough utensils. Very comfortable bath and sleeping. Best impossible location, literally in front of the beach park and the exclusive entrance to it. The condominium has excellent structure, good restaurant with fair price and recreation for children. We will definitely return more often!

The apartment corresponds to what is described in the listing. Very well decorated, with all the amenities, finally a super cosy space. We have been a few times in the same condominium and this was by far the best apartment we know. We noticed good taste in decoration and attention to detail. Our only dissatisfaction was not with the apartment, but with the quality of the restaurant's food that fell a lot (we do not recommend eating on it). In addition, the hostess was always attentive and made us feel at home.

We very much like the apartment we host. He provided everything we need for the rest days and Matheus still met a demand and provided a hair dryer that he did not have in the apartment. Very nice condo, amazing pools, great place for family.

Excellent location. Beautiful view of the sea and Beach Park. Super ventilated, clean, well decorated apartment. The Aqua Park is wonderful for children, with recreation until 10 pm. My children loved it. The owners were kind and super available. I highly recommend it

Far beyond what the ad shows! The accommodation is within a resort, by the pool and the blue sea. That's already worth a lot! The condominium is extremely beautiful and well maintained, very green, very good indoor restaurant and impeccable breakfast, comfort in every corner, many attentive staff, life-saving for the sea and pool bathing, many chairs on the beach, good gym, tennis court with available material, among dozens of other activities and attractions for children. With a short walk, you can access the beach or the blue village with a night show, a nearby market, and there are also restaurants nearby. It was a real find, with a much better cost benefit than the best resorts in Ceará! And finally, I commend Paulo's hospitality and kindness, who from the beginning gave us extreme attention, always asked and made a point of showing us what was nearby. I will return more often and will recommend it a lot

Roberto and Mychele's Apt is best for the listing, because the location is perfect in a resort with all our convenience, and next to the beach park I was interested in. There are basic items to make all meals if you don't want to go to a restaurant. It has a nearby market. Communication, cleanliness, comfort, conservation, everything excellent. I recommend to anyone who wants days of fun or rest, the tb resort is excellent. It is advisable to buy the ticket p beach park if you pay attention to the days they work.

Maira was attentive and flexible, gave great tips, her space is well equipped, comfortable and beautiful, easy to get in and out. The building's infrastructure is good, it has a great pool, a garage for two cars and is less than a 500 m walk from the entrance to Beach Park. Great option in Aquiraz.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. The apartment is comfortable and well decorated with great amenities. It’s perfect with kids, with the short walk to the swings/playground which you can see from the terrace.

Carolina and Dona Vânia were always very kind and assisted us promptly at all times. We didn't meet in person, but it was like we did. The house is beautiful, great location (you can see the pool insanity..lol) the nearby beach is also a delight. There is a market in front that you can walk to, a pharmacy. It's in a quiet place. We had very happy days as a family. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back.

The stay was very comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood. The place is large and pleasant, and we have a lot of enjoyment of the days we stay. However, some points could be improved. The bathroom windows are very low, which generated discomfort at the time of the bath. Also, the door of one of the bathrooms was jammed and made a lot of noise when it opened and closed. We also noticed a gutter in the barbecue.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: clean, well maintained and very well located. The experience was great from the start — the host was thoughtful and quickly answered all our questions. The location is a great differential: you can walk to Beach Park in all tranquillity. Another point that made all the difference was the washing machine, super useful during the stay, and the air-conditioning in all the rooms, ensuring comfort at all times. Undoubtedly one of the best places to stay in the area. We are already planning to come back!

Great stay. The house is spacious, with household utensils, spectacular view, internet, two TVs, the helpful and attentive housekeeper. It is close to the Beach park, restaurants, supermarkets, gas station... Whoever wants to rest can rent without fear. We'll be back.
