Holiday rentals with a patio in Arabian Sea

Accomodation corresponded to our expectations from the photos and the description. Even though we arrived late at night (2 a.m.) and had troubles finding the building in the handful of skyscrapers in Dubai, the communication with the owner and his assistant was prompt and helpful. The biggest advantages were very comfortable beds and the possibility to relax in the jacuzzi after a tiring day. We also loved the access in the apartment straight from the parking lot by private lift. It made life so much easier. Not to forget the perfect cleanness of the apartment. Our family had a great time and would love to come back in the future.

The room in Dubai was amazing! Super clean, cozy, and exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect too close to everything we needed. But honestly, what made the stay even better was the host. Super friendly, always available if we had any questions, and just made us feel really welcome. I’d 100% stay here again without thinking twice. Totally recommend!

Everything was outstanding the place inside out the balcony view was immaculate 10 out of 10 on everything literally …everything is also local I would definitely come back & book here again !

un super logement avec une superbe vue ! logement facile d'accès, centre commercial a 3 min à pieds avec de nombreux restaurants ! nous avons ete ravis de notre séjour et il est sur que nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! c'est un bon F2 ! sur les photos le logement paraît un peu plus grand mais on félicitera le photographe 😜 je recommande++ et hôte très réactif !

Me and my family had a great time there, thanks to Zeid for the wonderful experience. the building has all required amenities, awesome view, and peaceful surroundings. I would recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a peaceful yet closer to the most happening place in downtown.

Yash's Airbnb truly delivered on comfort and hospitality! It was a wonderfully nice and cozy space that genuinely made us feel at home. The location was excellent, with plenty of good restaurants around rather Yash recommended few before our arrival only .We were particularly impressed by the warmth of the host, who was incredibly friendly and the caretaker who was simply amazing and always ready to lend a helping hand. A perfect stay! Highly Recommended.

We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

splendida casa con 4 bagni e 3 camere. una piscina privata molto utile ma anche accesso alla piscina condominiale a 100 metri di distanza e alla spiaggia ( dove un giorno sono arrivate anche delle tartarughe). la casa è ben tenuta, pulita. host molto cordiale, disponibile. la casa è all'interno di un villaggio nuovo ma ancora in espansione, con tutti i servizi necessari (sport d'acqua, barca, ristoranti, kid club,...) nel quale è necessario avere un proprio mezzo di trasporto. Si trova a un'ora di macchina da muscat. assolutamente da consigliare.

Beautiful place, we completely enjoyed the stay. Caretaker Raj is a super guy. He cooks and cleans and is always smiling! Loved the vibes, and the place.

Peaceful and Tranquil Setting! We had a truly wonderful stay at the villa. The setting was incredibly private, offering uninterrupted views of the stunning Hajar Mountains. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life-quiet, serene, and beautifully peaceful throughout. A special thank you to Mahir, who was always quick to respond and proactive in handling any requests. His helpfulness made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Sanjana's place is very spacious, clean and extremely organized. Check in is very smooth and the place is located in a very peaceful locality. If you're looking to relax and have a huge, comfortable space all to yourself, go for it! Perfect for a big group.

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

I had an absolutely wonderful time at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was just perfect. The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had a warm, cozy atmosphere that made it feel like a true home away from home. Payal was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. As a first time visitor and new place she was really helpful and take caring all the time. The little thoughtful touches – like live plants and welcome note – made all the difference. The location was peaceful and scenic, yet still conveniently close to everything I needed – restaurants, shops, and local attractions. I especially loved waking up to the gorgeous view every morning and enjoying coffee on the balcony. And the private pool was really enjoyable. This stay exceeded all my expectations. I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, charming getaway. I’m already planning my return visit!

We had the most wonderful stay here! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, actually, even better in real life. It looked like something right out of a Pinterest board—thoughtfully done up, full of charm and aesthetics, and every corner felt like it was designed with love. It was spotlessly clean and so well maintained. Truly a premium property in every sense. Salil was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I had mentioned that we were celebrating my baby’s first birthday, and to our surprise, he even sent over some sweets to make it extra special. It meant a lot! This place turned out to be everything I was hoping for and more. Honestly, we were so taken by the vibe that we didn’t feel like stepping out to explore much—just being indoors felt like a vacation in itself. Just know that this place is not close to any of the beaches or touristy spots—so plan accordingly. But if you’re looking to slow down and soak in a peaceful, beautiful space, this one’s a gem.

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!

Nicely maintained place to stay in Siolim as described in the listing and shown in the image. I stayed with my wife and parents. Nearest super market is ~2km and main market is ~5km. Nearest beach is Vagator beach which is ~9.6km from the place. We stayed here for 3D/2N, and visited beaches in North goa (Baga, Vagator, Morjim, Aswem, Arambol etc.). Kitchen items were also in good state and water purifier aqua guard was great. We parked our car (Creta) outside main security gate and was safe. Parking inside apartment is for hatchback cars and can be parked inside apartment.

Fantastic stay, very close to everything and a well equipped studio. Bed extremely comfortable, just what you need after a long day in the sun!
