Casa is near Broadway but on the quieter side, there is virtually no noise at night. For Broadway to walk quietly (I even recommend it because depending on the movement there is no place nearby to park). Dona Graça served us very well, gave tips of places and promptly answered all questions. In relation to the house, very cozy, we felt at home, we were surprised to have two bathrooms, I swore I would have only one, but there is another on the outside next to the laundry. The kitchen features all the essentials needed for a meal, as we went on holiday the Broadway restaurants were extremely crowded so we chose to cook at home and just walk on Broadway.

Super quiet stay. Well-equipped house, several points to visit and the beaches one better than the other.

Rooms with air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen with household utensils, clean pool, very friendly and helpful host, my only annoyance was the neighborhood cats that were there all the time, otherwise a great space, and worth the price.

The house is very good, it has met all the requirements we needed. Spacious rooms, new air-conditioned rooms, good bathrooms and hot water, by the way, there is a well so there is no lack of water. The house has an excellent space, very good and well equipped. Good pool, in addition to a barbecue. The host Denise served us super well and always attentive. Many thanks Excellent, we'll be back again!

Jefferson was a great host, very attentive gave several indications and information, helped us a lot and was always available. The house was all clean, bedding and super-smelling hammocks, impeccable bathrooms. Location is privileged, the back of the house overlooks the beach, which down the street arrives in the dunes and very close to Lagoa do Josué, a local tourist spot. The exterior space of the house is super cozy, the night with all the lighting is even more beautiful. I and my family love it, and we are already combining to come again. I highly recommend!!!

Simply amazing! The place is stunning, everything was thought out with great care, and that makes all the difference. Impeccable structure and caring service. Very good! Great location! It's at the end of Broadway but doesn't get the noise from the street. Space as described, the rooms have air conditioning ( even though this was not very clear in the listing, which suggested that only 1 had air). I missed being able to open some windows and more kitchen appliances. But the listing matched what was in the house, and for a few days it works well!

The apartment is amazing. Furnished, complete, perfect for two people, cozy, makes you feel at home. Very quiet too, booked with own garage, great to rest. It has beautiful views everywhere. Geni always very friendly and willing to help gave us several tips on what to do, where to eat It was a perfect weekend at Petit Chalet Canoa Flat.

Perfect host! Wonderful place, all very beautiful, airy and well decorated apartment. I had to do a little cleaning when I arrived , but this has nothing to do with the host, she probably pays for someone to clean and the person is not doing a very satisfactory service, the bathroom was a little dirty and the refrigerator smelled. Each has a standard of cleaning and that's okay. This did not diminish the perfection that was these 15 days in Porto Canoa. I loved everything, from the moment I arrived until it was time for us to leave. I plan to come back again and again and will definitely stay in Norma's apartment again. She was extremely attentive, she answered all my doubts very quickly. Gratitude 🙏🏽❤️❤️❤️

The place is just amazing! Everything is new and well taken care of, with a quiet and family atmosphere. At our reception, we were welcomed with a geladinho coconut and we were also offered a hammock to relax in front of our chalet. Hosts were extremely helpful and met all of our needs. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable getaway.

I loved it! I went to spend my birthday with my family, it was our first rental experience and it was excellent. Good accommodation, location close to the beach, easy check-in, the co-host was always available. One thing to note is that only one of the bathrooms has a shower and unfortunately the Wi-Fi in the apartment wasn't working, but we were able to access the condominium's network. I recommend the stay and I will definitely come back more often!
