Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Arapahoe County

We loved our stay! It is houses from Washington Park so every day we walked the park. It was close to Cherry Creek and in walking distanceto restaurants, boutiques , smoothie places etc. We came in to town for a long weekend for Coldplay at Empower stadium and it was perpfect to Uber to the concert. We had 8 people (2 adults and 6 college/young adults) and it was perfect size!!! Rachel was super responsive and provided great checkin instructions and flexibility. We will definitely stay at this property again!

This was a great place to stay with lots of room for our family. Anytime we had an issue or question we got a quick response as well as recommendations for water parks in the area. They were flexible with a family issue we had upon checkout and were more than willing to work with us on it. Great place!

David was an incredible host, amazing communicator, and such an encouragement as our family is caring for our mom in critical condition at a nearby hospital. David‘s home is charming, in a quiet neighborhood and feels like an extension of our own homes. We would highly recommend anyone considering David’s home and are so grateful for his care of our family. We hope to stay there again.

It was big enough for our whole family and had great games and areas to be together. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was relaxing. I would recommend a stay at this propriety!

Beautiful home in a good location! Everything was stocked, cleaned, and ready for use! Full kitchen and all cooking utensils along with grill and fire pit fit home entertainment! Hosts were extremely kind and responsive! 10/10 stay! Celebrated our elopement wedding here and can’t wait to return!

This house was so much better than the photos! The host was very easy to talk to and had quick responses. I was amazed by all the amenities offered. Great location and a fully fenced backyard.

Beautiful little house ! Thank You!! I would have like more towels and just a thought on beds ( not everyone wants to sleep together ) twin beds in one room would have been nice. One of my sons slept in couch. Fans are also great for air flow.

10/10 stay! We’ve been here since January and it’s truly felt like home. Super comfortable living room, great bed and bath, and the kitchen has everything you need. Perfect spot for remote work too—quiet, cozy, and easy to settle into. Highly recommend!

We came in for a family wedding. Crystal's place was great! Great decor and a great outdoor patio! She made check in and check out easy, with clear instructions. I highly recommend staying at her place for any trip to Denver!

Fantastic location! Downtown Littleton is vibrant and within walking distance, as is train station to Denver. Also plenty of restaurants to walk to and a stellar laundromat 2 blocks away that was cleanest I have ever seen. Kitchen had many extras and Leisa and Bodhi thought of EVERYTHING you could ever want or need for a comfortable stay. Plus their garden is peaceful and the neighborhood is quiet. Cannot say enough good things about their place!

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and spacious with a lot of nice amenities. The beds are very comfortable and the shower has good water pressure. Eric is an excellent host who respects your privacy while also being extremely easy to get ahold of if needed. The welcome card and bottle of wine were also a very classy touch. My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to rent from Eric again. 5 out of 5 stars from us!

Jann's place was the perfect location for our week-long visit to Denver. Very close to great (and reliable) bus service to town including to Union Station (starting point of our tours to Rocky Mountain National Park and Pike's Peak), museums, restaurants, etc. Apt. was also within walking distance of more great restaurants, coffee shops, interesting stores, and an Enterprise Car Rental (which was VERY convenient). We had designated off street parking for our rental car, too, which is always welcome in a location close to the city. Apt. is in a lovely older home with lots of warmth and character. We ate most of our meals out so did not make much use of the large kitchen, but we definitely appreciated the coffee and water filter set up! Unit had modern bathroom with tons of towels, and a comfortable bed with lots of pillows, etc. There was a little noise from the upstairs unit, and the gates to the property were a bit challenging, but our stay was wonderful!
