The accommodation is a true haven of beauty and tranquility. The view of the Hills is a spectacle. Every detail is carefully thought out to provide an unforgettable experience. Everything was perfect, from the impeccable cleaning of the rooms to the amenities provided. The decoration, with its rustic touch, made us feel at home from the first moment. Our stay was full of positive moments, and we only have compliments to do. We want to leave a thank you to Marcos, who was attentive, helpful at all times, including excellent recommendations in the city. In fact, the site is TRULY petfriendly, with specific space for dogs and especially giving freedom for the animal to be an animal. We hope to return soon to relive this wonderful experience. I booked it to spend Mother's Day with my family. It was the perfect place for us to meet. Very cozy, the plants are very well cared for, very beautiful place. The home was very clean, smelly, and tidy. Wellington is very attentive and flexible. A space for those who enjoy nature and like peace and quiet within the city.

The outdoor area is large, much more beautiful than in the photo. Plenty of shade in the table area, the pool is delicious and large, it fits a lot of people. We had our birthday barbecue with the garage door open all the time, the neighborhood is simple but super safe and quiet. The sun hits the pool 100% of the time, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and there is shade in the covered part 100% of the time, perfect for those who want to enjoy the summer without dying of heat. =) Daiane and her brother were super helpful and quick to respond, we loved it,

As expected

I stayed 20 days in Diego's apartment and the experience was good. The building is located on a quiet street and is easily accessible to various parts of the city. The studio is bright and airy, with a good size for one person. Communication with Diego was agile and smooth. However, I have two negative points to highlight. As the days were very cold, the bedding structure was poor. There was only one thin blanket, which was not enough. The kitchen is also very basic. As it was a longer stay, I missed a little more structure of utensils and containers for food preservation. Other than that, I have no other complaints and recommend the accommodation.

Apartment exactly as described and attentive host.

Paulber and Geovana were super attentive and sent all the instructions for accessing the apartment in advance. The location is excellent, very close to UFSCar, which was great for me and my wife. The apartment is new, clean, organized and has a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils. The condominium has a mini market, which makes it much easier if you need to buy something at the last minute. We will definitely come back when we go to São Carlos again!

Very cozy. The living room and kitchen are great for spending time. The bathrooms are excellent and very clean. Both rooms are excellent, and the beds are very comfortable. The towels and bed linens smell wonderful.
