Holiday rentals with a patio in Arbroath

The Secret Orchard is a substantial, historic building. Fabulous inside, with modern fitting but still retaining many of the original features. Very comfortable beds. We particularly enjoyed the garden (Matt's tomatoes made me jealous). My wife thought the chickens, running free, were gorgeous.

We had a 2 night stay at Little Rosslyn with our dog Benji. It was like a home from home, peaceful & comfortable & with everything we needed. Plenty of walks near by & Airntully dog park a short drive away. The home made cookies were delicious & fresh milk.

Very well located, quiet and comfortable with everything we needed for a short stay. Great to be in Perth for the Arts Festival too. Don't miss Branklyn Gardens - unexpected highlight of our visit.

A great stay for a short family trip. The flat is a lower ground floor basement flat but doesn’t lack light and is spotlessly clean inside. Great location, close to the town centre and local immunities. Cannot fault our stay. We had a couple of small issues that were resolved quickly and without any fuss.

Our second stay at Paul’s accommodation. Future bookings planned. Great space and value for money.

My friends and I stayed at Angela’s for the weekend and had a fantastic time - the airbnb is right on the harbour with both bedrooms and the living room facing the pier. The place was spotless, extremely well equipped, with one of the cosiest living rooms I’ve been to in an airbnb (we even managed to watch the sunrise from its comfort). The beds were wonderfully comfortable. Angela was friendly and responsive. If you’ve never been to saint Andrews before or want to bask in nostalgia and history by the sea this is the place to stay. I will definitely be coming again!

The flat was very clean and had everything that you would need. Parking was easy and the flat is in walking distance of Dundee city centre. Great place!

This property was excellent, had everything we needed. The hot tub was great! Unfortunately, the weather wasn't good for us, so we didn't get to enjoy the outside furniture etc, but if it had been better we probably wouldn't have had to leave the property at all. Would definitely recommend this property and Emma was very good at responding to any questions I had. 5*

This was our second stay at the Lodge and everything was as good the second time around. A lovely setting, with views across to the sea, loads of space inside the property (which is very comfortable and well-presented) and great facilities too. It offers peace and quiet but is also just a short walk or drive from Carnoustie with its beach, shops, restaurants and (if you are travelling with kids) a great adventure playground. Brian and Matt were great hosts (again). We hope to be back again before long!

Spotless house with plenty space. The location was ideal for our needs. You can choose where to shop, either en route or at the local Tesco. The walk along the estuary was brilliant for the cockapoo. He loved it.

We had a lovely 5 night stay! Check in was fine, no problems. The interior is very comfortable and tastefully designed displaying original art and all furnishings are of a high quality. The kitchen is large with everything one would need to prepare a complex meal, excluding condiments and spice, so bring your own. Oil, coffee and salt and pepper are provided. The bedrooms are nice and comfy. The steel tub, in one of the bedrooms, is splendid. Plus there’s plenty of hot water to fill it! We sat in the pretty garden, it’s lush with mature shrubs and flowering plants…but be aware of the stinging nettle. My dog got her paws badly stung and I had brushed into some myself for a whole day of annoying tingling. Bring some Benadryl just incase. If you’re avid walkers, definitely explore the grounds, gardens, pond and tower, all stunning. It’s a large holding, lots to explore. Alexander was very responsive and accommodating. But book now, we noticed future prices are going up!

This Cottage was a beautiful addition to our trip! we spent 2 nights here and we felt right at home. The space was adorable, private, comfortable and Dean did an excellent job communicating when we had any questions! highly recommend

Bartlomiej’s place was a great find! It was very spacious and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive when we had a question. We only stayed one night, as we were cutting a long trip in half. I’m only sad that we didn’t get to stay longer.

The cottage is very quiet and you don't notice anything from the farm. You are regularly greeted in the morning by deer, which you can see from the kitchen. Sheep and cows graze at the front. Wonderful! The wood-burning stove rounds off the ambience and makes a cosy evening in the living room a lovely end to a day in the Cairngorms. We felt very comfortable and would recommend the accommodation to others.

Had stayed here last year. Location is superb, living room windows look directly onto the see, rocky for hundreds of yards when tide out, water directly below window when tide is in. Wife hardly left the flat lol and loved the views. Top bedroom offers superb sea views and you feel like your at sea with the windows open. Worthy of note that access to the property is via 14/15 continuous steps leading to the front door and there is a set of stairs to the top bedroom. (important to be aware of if you've got mobility issues, as my wife has). As we have been before we knew what to expect this time round. Apartment was clean with decent facilities. Provided some feedback to host on some minor issues needing addressed which would have made the experience perfect. Great location to explore. Thoroughly enjoyed stay and will definitely be back. We found Ben’s place clean, tidy and with everything we needed for our stay. It was within walking distance of the town and the beach. A really nice place to stay.

I stayed at Driftwood for 3 nights with my husband and teenage son. The house is comfortable and well stocked, plenty of dishes, cutlery etc. The street is peaceful and I enjoyed being able to see the sea from the windows. It is just a short walk to a pub, restaurant (fish and chip shop) and Chinese takeaway. It is a short, flat walk (just over a mile) to Inverbervie for a Scotmid. The walk to Johnshaven is longer, however, a lovely flat walk too. Gourdon is in a lovely area, and hopefully I'll visit again.

I have really enjoyed my stay and Catherine was very welcoming and friendly would definitely stay here again when up in Scotland. The flat was clean and tidy and the simple breakfast made it perfect to just relax without worrying about going to the shops.

Angela’s place was really nice and quiet which was fantastic after a few long days. It also had enough space for us to spread out in which was great. Highly recommend if you need somewhere to stay in Aberdeen.

My stay at Ruth and Dave's air b&b was fantastic. Communication went very smooth and I was lucky that I could get in before 15.00 hrs as the location had been cleaned a day earlier (no guests the night before). The front door of the house looked a bit battered and the staircase was old and quite dirty (apartment is on second floor) but once in the apartment it was all welcoming, clean, new, stylish and fresh. Lots of different teas to choose from. Good information folder. Spotless bathroom and nice bedroom. Wifi worked perfectly. The only tip I have got is: it would be good if the curtains in the bedroom would be a dark colour / heavier quality as in the mornings you are waken up very early as a lot of light comes into the bedroom once the sun comes up. Walking tip: theres a great walking path all the way along the river Dee. Thank you Ruth!
