J'ai souhaité qu'il soit chaleureux et confortable afin que mes invités puissent y passer des moments reposants et ressourçant. Afin de créer une véritable expérience de bien être, un spa est à votre disposition sur la terrasse ainsi qu'un home cinéma dans le salon. Je vous propose également des petits déjeuners ainsi que des planches apéritives et une sélection de boissons locales et vins.

"La Maison d'à côté", a small country house, refurbished, welcomes you for a work stay or a family stay. Located in a village of 1200 inhabitants, 10 km from Langres and 1 km from the LANGRES-NORD motorway exit, junction of the A5 and A31 motorways. In the center of the village, you will have access to essential shops: Bakery, pharmacy, supermarket (open every day), doctor, nurses, garages, bar-restaurant, food truck. No parking worries.

You will be 100 meters from the beach and the nautical base (pedalo, canoe...). A trail, popular with joggers and walkers, allows you to go around the lake (5km). Charming renovated house, located on the banks of the Marne, in a setting of greenery and tranquility. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with views of the Marne, including a master suite. There is also a bathroom and shower room.
