Authentic oyster farming district. Train station 400m away. Atypical for the comfort provided by the wood, its terraces, its water environment (between the port and the 'canelot'), its views, its swimming pool and the neighbor's oysters - the best in the Basin. This is my personal home.

Au pied de l'appartement se dessine une petite plage ainsi qu'une cabane ostréicole où vous pourrez déguster huitres et coquillages. Le centre ville d'Arcachon est à 5 min en voiture ainsi que la gare . Les animaux ne sont pas admis.

Ideally located, 10 minutes' walk from Arcachon Train Station and 100 metres from pedestrian shopping street with many restaurants. Very nice beach in front of the residence (Plage Thiers). The famous Thiers Pier is 200 metres from where the fireworks of July 14 and August 15 are fired every year.
