Apartment holiday rentals in Arcadia, Phoenix

Tim's place was perfect. It had everything we needed and then some. He even went out and got me a coffee pot for my stay! TIm's place was comfortable and welcoming. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd definitely stay here.

This place is a gem near old town Scottsdale. I love the Arizona theme and decor, very close to the action of old town Scottsdale and a quick drive to the beautiful Camelback area.

This is a steal of a listing. King beds in BOTH bedrooms and beds are super comfy. (I hate memory foam and these were unlike most memory foam. They were cool to sleep on with super comfy white sheets. The sectional is comfy too. (No looks-good-for-listing sofa that nobody wants to actually sit on.) AC is cold! Hosts were so quick to respond. And Cameron even volunteered to run an errand for me. I wanted a more formal desk chair to use as I was working from the unit all week and didn’t want to sit in a dining chair. I found a cheap nice used office chair on FB Mktplace nearby and Cameron went and got it and placed it right outside the apartment for me. That was so unnecessary and super helpful as it would have been hard for me to leave to go get it. Right near old town Scottsdale and convenient to really everything. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our stay in Lyndale’s place was fantastic! Right across the street from the fashion shopping mall, but also within walking distance to old town, 5th street shops, and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, it was very peaceful. The space was extremely clean and quiet. The host was very responsive and all instructions for check in and parking were clear and easy to follow. It was a great stay and I would recommend to anyone!

Alec and Hannah were super friendly and responsive! Place was great; good location and matched the photos. The only issue was one entrance's electronic lock wasn't working so had to use the other entrance (not a big deal), and the cleaners left the floors a bit dirty for our arrival. Overall, nice place and great hosts, thanks!

Rudy was a great host! Very responsive and proactive. His place was well decorated and felt like home. I hardly ever saw a neighbor, and definitely didn’t hear anyone from neighboring units. Location wise it’s phenomenal. Very easy to get to anywhere in the valley, as it’s close to freeways. Would definitely stay here again! The apartment had everything a traveler would need, plus the “grab box” was a nice touch!

Tracey was a wonderful host. The property was just what we were looking for and the location was great for us. It offered many amenities which we enjoyed using.

Linda was very accomodating of our early check in and the place was clean. Lots to do in the surrounding area. Great stay!

Great neighborhood location with easy access to main roads. Cute quaint modern interior with coffee/tea provided. Pleasant quiet shared courtyard. 2 ample bedrooms and adorable kitchen

This studio was perfect for our needs. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was about a 6 or 7 minute drive from the convention center and restaurants. The train is also pretty close.

Amazing stay!!! Close to so many great restaurants and shops, very spacious and clean, and the host was very friendly as well as responsive! Anything we needed he was ready to help, which I greatly appreciated. Not to mention how affordable it was! I'd highly recommend to anyone visiting Phoenix!

Angie’s place was just as pictured. Extra amenities greatly appreciated- washer/dryer/supplies for laundry & cooking. Towels/sunscreen for pool areas. Easy in/out of condo. Bed & pillows were very comfortable- slept very well! Didn’t use the 2nd bedroom/office but looked to have great amenities for remote working including printer/other office supplies. Patio area off dining area was good for listening to the birds, relaxing. Angie quickly replied to questions we had before & after arrival - within minutes.

I would definitely recommend if you're in the area. It was absolutely perfect for a short trip, and I'm sure would be great for a longer stay!

I absolutely love the close commute from the airport. As well as staff for the accommodation of arrival and check out. The amenities were amazing 10/10

My wife and I really loved this condo. POOLS Both pools are so close. Jacuzzi water was HOT how I like it. CONDO Clean, comfortable, room for luggage, every amenity you can think of in case you forgot something. We even had to email Callista when we left. We forgot to check the name and type of mattress that was because we are buying it soon! ACCESS Easy access to the 101, Talking Stick Casino, Walmart, shops, restaurants, and my favorite Sweetwaters Tea. The condo is just in a prime location. Sad to leave.

This was our second time staying in this condo while we visited nearby family. Everything about it was excellent, as we anticipated. It was very clean, had a well-supplied kitchen, a lovely view from the balcony, a nice pool and hot tub and nearby walking paths. Stores and restaurants were just a short drive away. We would recommend this property to others and hope to stay there the next time we come back to the area.

For a first time being in Arizona this spot was perfect. I love the kitchen opened up to the living room so you can watch tv while cooking if you wanted to. The bathroom was nice. The bedroom was comfortable. Most of all loved the washer and dryer in the apartment (if you know the struggle of laundromat’s you know). The host were very attentive and i loved that they had activities you can pay to do. Overall they made my boyfriend and I experience great and would definitely book again :)

This place was very cozy and exactly as described . Very nice outdoor area and beautiful scenery. The gym was one of the best gyms I’ve seen on a vacation . Great location and lots to do nearby .
