Super apartment in a very quiet part of Saintes, at only a 10 minutes walk from the historic center. Parking right in front of the house! The apartment is super spacious and practical, and the deco is top. We loved the outside space where we took our breakfast in the morning sun. Very relaxing!! My husband and I loved the apartment and Pierrick and Eve were very welcoming and helpful. Little personal touches like fresh flowers completed the feeling of being at home. Beautiful surroundings, excellent location and perfect amenities. A gem. Would highly recommend it and would come back.

Very nice accommodation, in line with the description and even beyond our expectations regarding the garden which is huge, very well furnished and perfectly maintained. The indoor pool was appreciated in view of the mixed weather. We had a great weekend with friends! I would recommend it in a second.

We had a great time! The accommodation was impeccably clean and perfectly in line with the description. The concierge was very available and attentive, which made our arrival and departure very easy. The location is ideal, close to the city center and the Charles Martel promenade. The value is unbeatable. Everything you need was in the house. Parking space is very small. We chose to park on the street. There were many free seats. We strongly recommend!

Pleasant and clean accommodation, just a small downside with the toilet paper which in my opinion, is a little tight for 1 night with 2 people 😊 Otherwise very well

We had a great weekend with the family at Valerie's house. The accommodation is very close to the center but quiet. The house is very nice, new with a nice garden. We were able to do everything on foot (beach, restaurants, walks, shopping). Communication was very easy because the owners live right next door. Short perfect stay!

the welcome was perfect. the ideal accommodation for a family of 5 even if a little refreshment would be required. the structures are pleasant. the port and its amenities are within walking distance. we recommend this accommodation and once again, special mention for the welcome.
